Coca cola should look into their quality of the bottles reused
My husband bought a 500ml Coke (glass returnable) at Mac's Superette in Kleinvlei, Eersteriver, Cape Town today. When he took a sip he felt something on his lip felt funny. When he looked at the bottle, the edge at the top was chipped. It just gave him a small cut on his lip, but if it was my son drinking from that bottle, he would not have noticed it, and it could have cut open his lip. Coca cola should look into their quality of the bottles reused.

The new competition is pointless and poorly planned
You have to send your code to the competition portal, it first says that you have entered a valid code, press 1 to continue, then it takes to another portalwhere you can either press 1, 2 or 3 for The BIg Prize Mania, The Theme Song or the T&Cs.
No where do they tell you that you have not won anything or you have won something. The Big Prize Mania is abiguous and this whole sit seems more like a quick money making scheme!!!
THIS MAKES YOU WONDER, IF THERE ARE ANY REAL PRIZES OTHER THAN MAKING A QUICK BUCK!!!

Flies and worms in 2 litre coke bottle
I've purchased 2x2 litre coke bottles (new gold cap bottles) from a shop in Benoni on Saturday afternoon. We noticed one of them had something floating on top...to our disgust we saw it was two flies with what looked like worms coming out of them! The bottle is still sealed.
It would have been easy to take the bottle back to the shop and ask for another but my concern is that there might be a contamination somewhere it coke's production line which is of great concern to me, seeing I buy almost a bottle per day.
I have left a message at your quality toll free line 0860112526 (on saturday) but still have not received any feedback.
Seeing, on this website, all the complaints about 'change in taste' with regards to your new gold cap coke bottles is concerning and makes you wonder...

Does not taste like the real thing
Bought 2 x 2L Coca Cola with the Gold cap. was The only bottles in the fridges. taste awfull, gass goes out very quickly. Wasted my money on Coca Cola. Been drinking it for more than twenty years but this is disgusting. Could', nt you come up with something better this time. Gross!!!

Very misleading and wrong competition
Went to the coke zero competition site to get my 5x Nandos vouchers for 7500 points, only to find its no longer available. Now I can only get 1x voucher for 2500 points. (2 vouchers less for the same no of points).
After going through the expense to accumulate points for what was promised, only to find the criteria to redeeming them has changed (the vouchers are not sold out, just redeemable for more points), this is very misleading and wrong.

Waist of my time and money to accumulate points to get a reward
Coca cola is running their clubzero rewards promotion. I have accumilated enough points to get my wife the spa voucher. I have redeemed my reward on the website and there was still spa vouchers left. It was on the 20th of September 2009. Now i see on the website the spa vouchers is sold out but i have nver received a call from the spa or from coca cola for the arrangements to go to the spa. Dont know what is happening. Maybe it was just a waist of my time and money to accumilate points to get a reward.
