I have a complaint against the actions of one of your employees . . .
It is both behooving and tempting beyond reason to know that in the months of November and December 2007, your employee, [name removed] of the Northeast Corridor Coca-Cola Subway Patrol, used Coca-Cola time, resources, and finances to facilitate a series of adulterous trysts, including visits and overnight stays in Philadelphia, PA, New York City, and Atlantic City, NJ, with my dear wife and bride of fifteen years. And in all of his ‘doing’ when asked why he sought out the affair and the seduction of my wife, he declared his primary intention of eventually sleeping with her as: “just want[ing] to get some of that pussy and keep on moving”.
Meanwhile, his actions have delivered a devastating psychological and emotional blow to my wife and mother of our three children, our marriage & the present state of our family, and my personal peace & state of mind.
I am tormented daily with the idea of this man’s debauchery and deceit, all while I deal with my own haunting ideas of exacting vengeance and retribution for what this man has done. Any of us can read, quite frequently, in our nation’s newspapers, and on a daily basis, about men and women who lash out in blind rage looking to avenge those who have committed the same wrongdoing as this man has done.
And like most, if not all of us, I grew up with Coca-Cola, an entity I’ve always viewed as an American institution. A refreshing treat. A pick-me-up.. Something to be happy about. But after this discovery, in all of its infuriating detail, with facts that can be verified by statements, phone records, dinner & theatre purchases and even credible witnesses, I find it hard to even drink a can of Sprite without thinking about the reprehensible behavior of this fraudulent adulterer, your “employee” [name removed].
· How can you justify dinner, theatre tickets, or hotel stays that were financed by your company’s credit line but were used to seduce a married woman?
· How often and with how many of your employees does this despicable behavior occur on company time and finances?
· These dinners or shows or hotel stays probably totaled no more than merely thousands of dollars but how is it legitimate expense when it’s used for a purpose such as this – to seduce a man’s wife? And where does this ‘expense’ stand to total against your corporation’s bottom line if and as it is replicated by any number of Coca-Cola employees who may commit this same heinous act?
· How is it that this employee of yours can just “get away with” this type of expenditure when it was clear that the expenses were not for Coca-Cola business?
· Do you even investigate fraudulent behavior such as this that is carried out on the part of your employees?
I strongly urge you to consider taking a meaningful action to address this matter. At the same time, I’ve put a great deal of time and energy into advice and legal action that will disclose this type of behavior and your company in the most public and exposing manner possible.
It is one thing to seduce a man’s wife but when that man is using Coca-Cola credit cards and venues frequented by your corporation to prop up his debauchery, this fraudulence and disrespect has been taken to another level and it must be dealt with appropriately.
