COCA COLA REWARDS PROGRAM Reviews

MaryAnn Green June 16, 2011

Keeping rewards on to use points when the timeline has ended

Today, 6/16/11, I entered codes in the cokes rewards program and spent them on two prizes, a camcorder and a washer and dryer. I found this out after spending the points and looking at my summary and saw the two sweepstakes ended on 5/31/11, yet Coca-Cola has still got them as eligible and took my points towards winning these products.

REWARDS PRIZE NEVER RECEIVED

I HAVE BEEN SUBMITTING COKE REWARDS CODES FOR ABOUT A YEAR. BACK ON JAN 5TH I WAS NOTIFIED THAT I HAD WON A LARGE PRIZE. I SENT IN ALL THE AFFIDAVITS THEY REQUIRE AND THEY APPROVED MY WIN. THE REWARDS CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID I WOULD RECEIVE MY PRIZE IN ABOUT 8 WEEKS. I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN IT AND WHEN I WRITE AND INQUIRE, THEY SAY THE SAME THING. THEY ARE ASKING DIFFERENT MANAGERS ABOUT IT. HOW CAN I GO ABOUT GETTING ANSWERS? I HAVE TRIED WRITING COCA COLA, BUT GET NOWHERE.
