Cocoa Pink which is CocoaPink.net is a website that sells bath products, hair products, and other body items on the net. I placed an order in May 2009 when the company said they were going to close down for good, due to not having enough money to keep operating. I ordered quite a bit of product, and now it is the end of Sept 2009 and I have never received my order.

I paid through paypal, and now it is too late to do a paypal dispute. I have written many emails, and so far, nothing.

I don't know what else to do, except warn everyone about this company. Obviously they did not go under, their website is still up, but no answers to my emails, no package, no nothing. I'm frustrated, and in my opinion, its the same as being robbed.

I don't know what to do at this point, but my order was over 150.00 so I am extremely upset.

Buyer, definitely beware. This business is shady. Telling customers they are closing, and going to liquidate, then never sending my package out, and still having a website online? something is amiss.

Beware.
