Hairy Sausage
So my boyfriend and I ate here two days ago..so that was the 9th around 11 or 11:30pm. We have eaten there before and the food was fantastic. But this time was soooo different. None of them was wearing a hairnet. EVEN the one cooking the food. Anyways, so we got out food and it looked fine. My boyfriend gave me a piece of his sausage and when i looked at it, there was a long gray hair on the sausage. I almost died. My boyfriend help it up to show the waitress and the cook and the cook grabbed the fork from his hands threw away that piece of sausage and handed him the fork back that the hair had touched!! I was disgusted i couldn't even finish my meal. She offered to make me another piece. I was like no because i do not enjoy having hair in my food. We got u and paid and left. Then i tried to find a Customer Service number online and there isn't. So I called the place and the manager gave me attitude on the phone. She asked me why did I wait this long to call her and I yelled in the phone at her BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN LOOKING ONLINE FOR A CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER!!! and she was nice after that. The only thing should could say was that they are not forced to wear hairnets and that she would just talk to the employee and she said she was going to talk to her supplier because it must have been inside it. But the hair was on top of the sausage. I think it's stupid how she gave me attitude when her employees can't even pull their hair back or wear a hairnet. I work in retail so I know how you should and should not talk to people. I will never go back to his resturant again. If i were you i wouldn't either unless you wanna be in my hair situation.

Bogus orders
In April, we received an unsolicited order for receipt paper that we use in our cash register. The order consisted of 5 boxes of paper, which cost us 431.45. Since we had recently bought the business from the previous owner, we assumed that he had placed the order, so we paid the charge.
In July, we received another order, supposedly "approved" by our shift manager, However, she made no such authorization, so we do not intend to pay this bill, which is 0ver $400.
This company seems to prey on small business, so be careful. Since the order was unsolicited, we are allowed, by federal law, to keep the shipment. Thanks for the free paper!!
