Went to get eyes examined and purchase new glasses. I was told that I would have to pay extra for no line, thin lenses, and progressive lenses. when they got done the total came to $562.00. I thought I was paying for the extras which I new I had to. They told me that I would have to put l/2 down. I did. They told me that they would call in about 7 days. I received the call and was told to pick them up. Of course I had to pay for the balance, which I did. I asked where were my free one, and they told me that it would take and additional 3 weeks. When I finally received the call they told me that I would have to pay for my free glasses that I supposed to get for free from Medicad. They told me that I didn't meet my spenddown, and I would have to pay . They told me to call my case worker and discusses it with her.I did and she said I was approved l00% for my free glasses. I called them back and told me that I still couldn't get them. At that point I told them if I didn't get them within the next 3 days I was going to report them to the TIMES HERALD RECORD. She then told me that I would have to speak to her supervisor. When the girl got back on the phone, it was the original girl I was talking to and said I would get them within about 3 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHAIN THEY ARE THIEVES.THEY DO NOT PRACTICE WHAT THEY SELL. This was the worst experience I have ever had. 4/19/2011. Helena Tringali
