I ordered coins in early December for a Christmas gift. Operator promised they would be shipped by Christmas. Dec. 25th came and went, and no coins shipped. I called early Jan. and was placed on hold for 30 minutes. Told the coins just had shipped (downright lie). Waited two weeks and called. Unable to get a hold of them due to busy signal. When I did reach them, I used the "customer call back" feature where they are supposed to call you back without losing your place in line. Never got a call back.
Last week in January called again and was on hold for 42 minutes. Finally go a hold of a Customer Service Rep (joke) and told her I wanted to cancel order. She said she can't cancel order and that I would have to speak to a supervisor. Was transferred and put on hold for another 15 minutes. Yuk!
Finally go a hold of supervisor and was told order cannot be cancelled since it was in the queue. Asked what reputable company cannot cancel an order that has not shipped? She just said she cannot cancel it. Said there was a manufacturing problem. Meanwhile got a recorded phone message from them that said the problem was a computer problem. I told her to cancel the order, and hung up.
I contacted my credit card company and asked the charge back in December be reversed. This is now in process. I am sure the box will eventually show up. I will write "Return to Sender" on it, and the fraudulent company will most likely try to charge my credit card for ridiculous shipping charges.
I URGE ALL AFFECTED CONSUMERS TO CONTACT THEIR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND ASK FOR THE CHARGES TO BE REVERSED. IF ENOUGH OF THESE HAPPEN, THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY MAY STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT AND DISREPUTABLE COMPANY.
I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
