URGENT: I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THE COL WCBILLING.COM WEB SITE ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2010

I have been scammed by the Col wcbilling.com Web Site on Friday, November 12, 2010.

The following is the "Pending Charge" description from my Bank Of America, VISA, Credit Card as of now, Sunday, November 14, 2010 at 3:18 PM EST

Pending Col wcbilling.com $4.99 $1, 976.96
Transaction Date: 11/12/2010
Transaction Type: Temp Auth / Pending Pymt
Reference Number: TEMP
A temporary authorization is an approved transaction that has not yet been posted to your account. The amount of the transaction has been deducted from your available credit. Normally, a temporary authorization converts into a posted transaction, but if the merchant doesn't complete the transaction it will expire and the temporary charges will be removed. A pending payment is a payment we have received from you and is in the process of posting to your account.


Would you please help me to avoid Paying this Credit Charge,
or could you recommend the normal Procedure to follow
to Recover or Dispute this Credit Charge to regain my money, an amount of $4.99?
