To whom it may concern.. there is alot of favoritism with Geraman national and the Americans that work at the wharehouse.( Cold Storage Distribution Kaiserslautern Germany). It seems that when a prosession that comes open it is always for the Germans that work there. Example.. A prosession was open for a handful of people to become inventory team for the wharehouse... this prosession was only for the local national that work within the wharehouse. THIS was not a prosession for an American. ( THIS IS FAVORITISM ). There have been alot of Germans that have been hired as Material Handler and now these people ( Germans National ) is working in office prosession, when there's Americans that have been working there longer then Germans have. There is a 30% disable vet with(Degenerative arthritis of the spine) retired from the military (Army) that was reenstated as Material Handler. Do you think the management put him into a office prosession, NO!! because all the prosession are feld with the local national ( Germans ). Our director at the wharehouse is retired military (Air Force ) and rather have Germans nationals in these prosession. (THIS IS FAVORITISM) I would like to see more American be put into office prosession... PLEASE help this 30% vet(American) to get into a office prosession. If the management can open a prosession for a German or local national then the management can put the 30% disable into a office prosession too, such as transportation... this is trouble when this is a goverment (DECA) let Germans or local national get all the promossion to move up in the work place.
