I recently purchased a Jaguar, and because I wanted to start off right I took it to the closest Jaguar dealer to me, which happen to be Cole European in Walnut Creek to establish a base line and fix a few minor blubs etc. My car had only 50,000 miles on it when I purchased hardly a worn and well used vehicle, no it had be taken care of by the previous and only owner, and she ran like a charm. The day I took her to Cole was the last day I would see her as herself. The afternoon upon dropping off my car I was confronted with major engine problems that needed to be replaced, $500 hundred here, $300 there and the list went on. I was stunned because just three weeks prior I had received a clean bill of health from the dealer I purchased from, and there was no indication otherwise because the car ran perfectly.
Well the damage is done and now it is my word against theirs. So take some advice from someone who learned the hardway, stay away from Cole European Service in Walnut Creek CA, they'll take you for a ride and it will cost you!!!
