I returned the product and they refused to give me a refund. I was directed to send an email to [email protected], which does not go through. All emails to this account bounce back and do not go through.

I am requesting a refund of $89.89 for your product that did not work as advertised and per your own terms and conditions listed below, state "May not eligible for a refund.". The Conditions do not say "will not", but may not.

Additionally, expecting a customer to cancel a product after using it for under 14 day (delivery time) is irresponsible on the part of your company. If you have faith in your product, why do you expect customers to stopit so quickly?

In the interests of wanting to remain in the good graces of this social media age, I believe that your company would not want to be promoted on internet as being a complete scam.
