misleading auto-subscribe of products
The fine print hides the fact that ordering one item will subscribe you to three items. BBB of Chicago was of little help with my case, and accepted the case as "administratively resolved" even though the company did not address the issue. Bradford Exchange pays BBB to be a member, beware of both of these organizations.

Rip-off Company
They say "Fool Me Once Shame on you, fool me twice shame on me..." Well I suppose I played the fool. I first ordered something custom made from this company and the charged hit my account within 48 hours. 2 months later I received a noticed that my order was canceled but there was no credit given. Two weeks later I received the product which was just "OK" in quality but to my surprise it came with a second charge to my card a couple of weeks later which I had already paid. Complaints to the company went unanswered. In the middle of this issue I also purchased another product but was smart enough to pay by check so they couldn't keep charging my credit card. It turns out that was a worse idea as now it's been a little over two months and the check is cleared and no product. My recommendation, "DO NOT purchase from this company !!!"

Unauthorized charges
I ordered 3 different sets of ornaments for 3 of my children who live out of state for Christmas and paid with my credit card on the Collectibles Today Website.
I am very wary when ordering online and was careful NOT to click on any boxes that would automatically subscribe me to a series of ornaments. The very next day I received an email thanking me for my subscription and that the series would be shipped monthly. I immediately responded and said not to charge my card or ship any further ornaments.
In January I had new charges from Collectibles Today on my card. When I contacted Collectibles Today via phone and email they said I had accidentally subscribed to a series and they would cancel the request. My response from them through email stated that the ornaments had already been shipped and that they needed to be returned and that the return card inside the box needed to be filled out to avoid postage. The customer service representative who sends out the same scripted BS line to everyone it seems, said to allow 30 to 45 days for the return and another 10 days to credit my account.
I responded again stating that I would need to contact my children and have them return the items and that waiting almost 2 months to have the charges reversed was unacceptable.
The next letter from customer service Rebecca Jones said the order form clearly states that the ornaments are part of a series. Obviously they have ignored my repeated requests to cancel any subscription plan that I DID NOT sign up for in the first place and to quit charging my card.
Who wants Christmas Ornaments every month any way? Be careful, I don't recommend you let the pretty pictures fool you.
