In our financial hardships that started after the purchase of the vehicle, I've been keeping the company apprised as to the situation. Today I got a call, the agent was nice, understanding, and willing to work with me. We got cut off (fax tone blaring first). I called back to verify a few facts (payment was made but not acknowleged) as to where that payment was interrupted. The man at extension 60205 became belligerent demanding that I call the payor right now. I am at work, she is out looking for work, not easy. He then suggested that since the gas prices are back down I should be able to pay. He has NEVER been behind in his life ... everyone knows that if you are 2 weeks behind, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to catch up ... well we are a little more than that behind and he refused to listen to any reason. I will never deal with Wells Fargo on any subject matter EVER after this car is paid off.
