Don't buy your books online, buy from your college unless anyone know of a real good online bookstore
I ordered books from this company. I needed the books immediately, because I already had written assignments that were going to be due based on the reading. I ordered my books using this site. I paid extra to have them shipped overnight. My books never arrived. However, they automatically charged me for the books even though I never got them. Their customer service takes forever to respond to emails and phone messages. In the end, they gave me a refund, but I was screwed. I needed those books for my classes. I wrote complete bs for my first few assignments of the term. Given the fact that I didn't have the books to actually do the reading.
LESSON don't buy your books online, buy from your college unless anyone know of a real good online bookstore.

Book Never received
DO NOT USE. This is the absolute worst textbook rental company. I ordered two books for school 1/11/2011 a precalc book and a physics book. I received the heavy precalculus book via UPS (I had paid for expedited shipping) on 1/19/2011. However, when the UPS undamaged box was opened, it only contained the precalc book, but packing slip had denoted 2 books had shipped. When I called the elusive "866" number on 1/21 (could not call on 1/20 due to class and their customer service phone hours are only from 8 am-3pm EST), I sat on hold for 20 minutes for a human to answer. They kept insisting two books had been shipped. After much time being put on hold and the rep called the mysterious shipping warehouse I would have my books with "next day shipping". Well, guess what? Today is 1/27 and i'm still waiting for that next day shipping to kick in! I called the customer service department yet again, after I received no reply from their email section on their website which DOES NOT WORK. Yet again, I had to go through the entire spiel of the missing book. Yet again, I was told "but the packing slip says two books were shipped". The rep mentioned that on the UPS delivery confirmation the shipping weight was 5.70 lbs. Guess what! I went to Amazon. com and the shipping weight for the precalc book that I had received is 5.8 lbs. Weird! I ain't no math major, but I can figure out there isn't two books in that package! I have just called them again this afternoon from my call this morning to see if there has been any updates. I talked to a new rep who told me after much hemming and hawing and after I pointed out to her that their is a shipping weight discrepancy that my books would be shipped "next day air". We shall see, but until then perhaps a letter to the Federal Trade Commission will be in order.
