Collision Masters is the worst automotive center I have been to. I will never go there again. My husband and I took my truck to have some hail damage removed and it was SUPPOSED to be a 2 day deal. We had seen a billboard saying that you could save your deductible. For a referral they give you $100 off your deductible and to have the check in hand you get another deductible. The workers at the Arlington location are shady. We found out they were telling us and their boss 2 different things. We wanted some changes done to our car we wanted a new hood. They ordered but when we went to pick it up they told us the ordered the wrong hood. There I no way they could order a wrong hood. There was only one of its kinds at that time. They told us that all this would be done in two days but we got our car back after all the hassle after four weeks. They also charged us extra for something. I will surely not return. Please stay away!!!
