Buyer Beware

ColnX & Acai Cleanse!
I had a surprise when I got home from a nice day of lunch and shopping with my husband. It was an unwanted, unordered bottle of Acai Cleanse. Sadly, I had just gone through this a few weeks ago when the same thing happened with ColnX.
I came right into the office and grabbed the phone. I told the rep that answered that I didn't order this and didn't want it, and that I wanted the charge off my credit card. To add further injury to my feelings, I was told that I had been charged full price for what I thought was a free trial offer of a shipping and handling charge of $4.95.
Wow, I was so upset!!! You have to understand this isn't me. Usually I just let things go, but this just go on my last nerve! I wasn't getting anywhere with the lady I was talking to until I told her that I feel they were committing fraud. Then she told me that I could send back both bottles (what I thought was the free trial) and the one I had just received. Only problem was that I would be charged a 15% return fee. I agreed, (better than the two charges of $89!) I wanted this over with. I told her that my account better be canceled and not to charge my credit card again!
I'm usually pretty good when it comes to ordering online, and I guess I took it too personally. I just don't want anyone else to have to deal with this! I advise everyone to read and do searches to see if there are problems involved that you might not be aware of.
I had just had to deal with this same problem from ColnX a few weeks before, so this just hit me hard. I should have thought that there might be a problem with the Acai Cleanse, since I ordered them both from the same website. I feel that I have been extremely mislead and that they had a fraud-like claim about the "free trial offer!"
So, please, buyer beware when it comes to ordering ColnX & Acai Cleanse!!! It can be a frustrating and costly lesson to learn.
