Cant get my refund Offer promoted as free
Received free (as I thought ) trial offer. Had to provide Credit Card information to cover shipping and handling. Colnx deducted 89.00 on two occassions before I was able to contact them to cancel. Received instructions to return product January 3, 2010. STILL NO CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT.

refund check
Called since november, said check will be mailed. Called again today after multiple times with same answer and this guy says all he has in computer is check will be mailed. Now i have to contact web site which is not even being recognized by windows. This is BS, scaming people and using celeb names for indorsments. Someone needs to address this issue.

will not stop sending
Ordered Fere sample and can not stop them from sending more of the stuff. Has shown that they are poss. getting money from a vredit card.
Have sent unopened items back and continueing to do so.

Product not received-will not credit
I ordered the sample of Colnx, did not recieve for 6 weeks, then a product arrived. I thought it was the sample I had ordered but noticed the charge of $89.89 on my credit card...called the company and was told the trial sample was not returned in the trial period therefore I was sent the second shipment and was being charged. I then called my credit card as they will sometimes credit for preoduct that has not been recieved, filed a dispute with my credit card. Now I have just been informed that the trial sample package (that I did not receive) has return information in the package if you do not like the product to be returned ofr a credit. Today I called Colnx for their return address and RGA# and she would not give this information because I filed a "Dispute". Whatever has happened to Customer Service!! This is not the type of thing you want to order...It does not work...you do not get your money back...

I hope anyone thinking about purchasing Colnx reads this complaint before purchasing. Colnx will not stand up to their agreements of cancellation. Good luck getting your money back. If you put your order on a credit card cancel it now as they will continue to steal from you month after month. This company has no morals and it doesn't bother them one bit to sell their falsely advertised product. Guess they figure there are plenty of more idiots out there they can rip off. Be careful as you can see the way they are by reading the hundreds of complaints by people who have been ripped off by them as myself. There are a lot better products out there that work as Colnx clearly does not stand up to their promises. Bunch of criminals that need to be put behind bars for scamming the common people they market.

No refund.
I too have had $89.89 deducted from my Visa account an 11/25/09. Returned second bottle, cancelled account. Colnx received the returned merchandise on 12/04/09 @ 10:20 AM. Have called, emailed and spoken to the BBB in Florida. I have yet to receive my refund and the BBB has been in touch with Colnx, they have 30 to 45 days to answer the BBB about my complaint.
Anyone who reads the complaints about this company and still request the free sample, WATCH OUT... Colnx will get their money, however you will never get your refund.
I am so angry at my own stupidity, I should have known better. Now I am out $90.00, not a good thing in this economy.

no refund
Iha placed a trial order for this colnx and before my trial was over they sent me another bottle and took money right out of my checking account. I called the phone # where I ordered it, They said I would get a refund back to my account that was in Sept . It is now Jan 2010. What should I do.
I was thinking of contacting Katie Couric from CBS news That is how I heard about this product.

Complaint
I purchased a trial period through col-nx and had no way to cancel.Mnd you it was as trial period and now I have been charged over a 89.89dollars I did not agree to be taken from my account I do not want this. I would greatly appreciate this matter took into concideration and to refund me back my money or I will have to take further action.

not refunded when promised
I cancelled my trial product on the 30th day of my 30 day offer. Your company had already charged my account and sent my next bottle of Colnx, and charged my account $ 89.95. I was told to send in the bottle and I would receive a refund in 2-4 weeks. You received my product in the 1st week of November, and I was told that my refund would be processed within 2-4 weeks. It has been 6 weeks and still no refund. I need this money to be able to give my children Christmas presents. Therefore I need it immediatly. You're sales man at the Colnx phone numbers says that they can not give me a timeline as to when to expect this refund.
