Product was returned and I have US Postal Service confirmation it was received by them at their address on Nov 6, 2009 at 11:55 am.
I was sent an email from support@colnx dated Mon Nov 2, 2009 that the account had been cancelled and after my returning the product unopened and with the RMA # 113064-112 on the package, I would receive a refund "between 2-4 weeks." It has been over 5 weeks and no refund. I have been charged $89.89 on my Visa account. I cannot find the website nor have contact with anyone at the email address. The company is a fraud and should be banned from pulling these scams. The telephone number on my credit card is the support office and after waiting for more than 30 min was told that I had to request the refung by email when I had waited to call the office all week end. Another run around! What can I do?
