I saw an ad for a free trial of their product where you only have to pay $4.79 shipping. I purchased it online on 6/14. According to the terms and conditions posted on their website, "When you join our monthly Auto Ship program for $59.95/month, you pay just $4.79 for your first 30-day supply of ColoThin capsules. You will then be charged the discounted price of $59.95 after approximately 30 days and a new bottle of ColoThin capsules will be shipped to your door. To cancel, call Customer Care toll free at 1-800-290-0796 any time and you will NEVER be billed any additional amount. .You may receive a refund of any Product that you ordered up to thirty (30) days after your order is placed. " They charged my card again on 6/27 for $59.95 which is well before 30 days has elapsed. I called customer service tonight after I saw the charges on my card (well within 30 days), and they would not refund my card. They also confirmed that no product had been shipped despite my card being charged. I tried to get them to refund my card and cancel the order, and they were unwilling to refund my card. I have also contacted my credit card to dispute the charges.
