Unauthorized sending of product

This was a scam from the very begining, a promo on my E-mail page, offering a free month of product. Only after giving my card number for a
one time payment of $1.00, then the information was given about the sending of the product for the price of $49.95 per month. I called the number
immediately and told them I didn't want their free crap or any thing else. Not the Colocure or the Tri Slim. I was sent both and have been sent
the same s--t each month since. I'am now in the Philippines and will be contacting the ICC, and any other agency of the US Govt I can think of
to complain about this fraud. I'am now billed $49.95 and $4.95 each month, just a total ripe off!!! Paul Johns

refund

After cancelling product March, May &July 09 I was still charged 49.95 & 4.95. I was told refund would go to Bank Card. On advice from my bank, I cancelled Card, therefore card can not be credited. I requested a check refund, was told only Corporate could do that. I would like to be contacted by corporate to arrange this refund. trislim rep would only give me email address no phone number.
