I ordered the sample bottle of Colon 1000 and when I checked on the box to accept terms of agreement it was just a box. I was just charged $80 and when I called the number listed on my credit card I was told that when I checked that box (that I couldn't even open) it told me I had 10 days to cancel my monthly shipment!!! The product does not work and what a scam. I thought I was a savvy consumer, now I don't trust anyone.

I ordered a trial size of Colon 1000, which I received with no invoice and no contact information whatsoever. I knew I didn't want the full size that would be coming if I didn't contact them within 10 days, but figured there would be information with that shipment and I could take care of it then. There was no contact info again. When my bank statement came, I called the phone number supplied with the charge and didn't receive an answer. I called over 50 times in two days. Finally I received an answer and was told that I had authorized the shipment and payment with my trial offer. "Sue" refused to refund my money and informed me that another shipment had already been sent and I had been charged another $69.50. That's $149.00 for a product that I don't want, haven't opened, and find worthless. Is there any way for me to get my money refunded without involving more charges (i.e. attorney). Thank you.
