I am unable to cancel - phone number never goes to a real person - web site invalid. Sent unauthorized shipment and charged my credit card. I had to cancel my card to make sure there were no more unauthorized deductions for this.

This is one of the biggest scams I have been involved in. I thought I'd try the trial offer of a free bottle of ACAI Berry and Colon Cleanse. I was to pay shipping and handling, which I understood...and if after I received the free bottle of Colon Cleanse, I would receive 2 bottles which they would charge me for. I never received the free bottle of Colon Cleanse, but then received the 2 bottles along with a note that I would be charged for those and was given an email address that I could use to cancel. I immediately cancelled and I explained that I never received the free trial offer. I told them NOT to charge me for the bottles and asked for a return authorization. Their response was that if I really didn't receive the free offer, that I should take it up with the post office. I contacted my VISA charge company and found out that my balance was approx. $250. I was charged the $88.97 3 times! I haven't received the statement yet, but was told that I was also charged approx. $87 for international shipping and handling. I will dispute this with my Visa company.
