Scam/Fradulant Charges
This company tells a great story. "Order now and take our 30 day free trial. Your account will not be charged!" "Will help you lose pounds by flushing your system" I ordered the product but what they neglected to tell you is that your account will be billed $85 and there was not a free trial. These nasty people took it right out of my bank account and I never authorized the funds to be removed. I gave them my credit card for shipping. When I called to complain they were less than sympathic and stated that the terms were listed when I signed up. This must have been written in microscopic writing because I never saw it. I am out the $85 dollars...tough lesson learned.

Trying to return product
After trying for 3 hours to contact someone, I finally got a rep. He said he was emailing me a cancellation number, & read my email addy to me, which was the correct addy. I'm still waiting for the confirmation email (for about 30 min. now). He was very nice, asked why I was cancelling, & I told him the product didn't work for me. He didn't argue or try to pressure me into keeping the product. My complaint is that the product doesn't work as advertised, & it is a hassle to try to cancel any future shipments, & return what you don't want.

withdrew 83.95 out of my account
I was charged $83.95 by Colon Cleanse under the name of REJUV500 TRIAL.
I paid for a trial offer and was charged the amt. posted above on 8/21. I have never ordered anything on line before this confirms why. I merely had to pay the shcipping and handling. It was posted on my account on 8/6 for amountof $4.95. It was mailed from the office:

True scam
This is a true scam. Never thought in my wildest dreams this would happen to me. They will not answer phone or website. Have held on for 20 minutes at a time. I don't know if these people even have a conscience. I feel awful. Yesterday I reveived a bottle of Life Cleanse that I did not order and sent it back the same day. Something needs to be done.

unauthorized debit from account
I ordered the trial offer for $4.95. I was sent the product. Weeks later I nolticed a withdrawal of $83.95 from my account tat I did not authorized. I tried to e-mail them. It did not work. Their site will not let you out without ordering the product. i had to turn off my computer before I could use it again. I tried to call the two numbers that I have. The telephone message said to call them on Monday.

charged credit wrongly
I too feel to the acai and colon cleanse scam. Ordered both as a trial and could never get through using any of their numbers to cancel the delivery of the so called pills. I never did see anything on the website about cancelling in 14 dys. I received one phone call asking if I received my order which I said yes to and then followed with I don't want any more...They hung up before i could finish my sentence. The first thing they ask for is your credit card number also, which I will not give. I know of hundreds of people who have fallen for this scam. I had to cancel my credit card so they wouldn't take any more money...BBB needs to bring them down.

unauthorized charges to my credit card account
I ordered a free trial of coloncleanse3000 after I saw an advertisement online. I received a trial 2 weeks after. I then received a call from Visa Protection Agency inquiring about a charge on my account.It turns out thaty they had charged my account for 83.00. I am so upset! I never authorized any charges. Please to anyone who reads this message, tell me something I can do.

Deceptive marketing
I ordered trial size and it never came. When I reordered, I mistakenly clicked on wrong tab and now am being charged 127.00. I called customer support and was told I could not get a refund because the product had been shipped. I just ordered it one day ago and haven't even received! Was also told the guarantee was only good for the trial. I immediately cancelled any future orders. The service rep was rude and very abrupt. Told me there wasn't anything I could do. Please assist me with any help you can give.

took money out of my account without my permission
I went to my bank today to deposit my payroll check, and found I was in the hole. after further investigation I found a debit for $83.00., for the colon cleanse 3000 which when I bought it on the internet it was advertised for .99cents. I want my money back I have notified the BBB and my bank and if not returned I will take them to court for alot more than the $83.00!!!

not what they advertise
I HAVE SEEN HOW EVERYONE ELSE GOT TOOK ON THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR COLON CLEANSE FOR $4.95 AND LATER IT COMES OUT TO BE 83.95. BUT MY CARD DECLINED AND IT STILL CAME OUT LATER BEFORE I KNEW IT AND I WENT TO THE BANK AND THEY SAID IF IT DECLINED IT WOULD NOT GO THROUGH...WELL HELLO IT DID.
ACAI NUTURBUSRT HAS SIMULAR ADD BUT THEY DID RE EMBURSED ME HALF OF MY MONEY BACK OF 73.95.
