Scam
This is going to sound like a broken record. I received in the mail dated March 5th 2010 a letter/bill from this company stating I owe them $133.95 for a bottle of colon cleanse that I actually returned back to them. I had ordered it online on July 13th 2009 for a "free" bottle and if i wasn't satisfied i could call and cancel and return the bottle within 30days. I returned the bottle and I also called to cancel it and they took the information over the phone and that was the last i heard until now! I have a bill for 133.95 from them and if i don't pay up they will turn be over for collection of a bad debt. I have very good credit and I would hate for something like this to ruin me!
I called them on March 9th (when I received the letter) and spoke to a female CSR and it got ugly. I told her I will not pay for something I returned 6months ago. She said that they have to abide by the terms because they did not receive it back within the 30 days. It was received back on the 18th of August.
This is were they try to get you! They take advantage of people when we see something offered for "free" we jump on it, but did not read between the fine lines and not we are penalized for it.
This company needs to be shut down before they prey on other victims

Fraudulent Practices (free=$133.95)
To Whom it May Concern:
I purchased a "free" trial of Colon Cleanse 3000. The only cost to me was in shipping fees. Or so they said. I received the product in a box with no other information - no "terms" no payment forms, no envelopes. I did not see any caveats on the site where I purchased it...I thought I was giving them my credit card info for shipping costs only.
I never used the product, in fact I still have the sealed bottle. I ran the ingredient list past a naturopathic physician who told me that the product would make me rather sick and that the process it used would be very uncomfortable, if not painful. She suggested that I do not use it for my safety.
Yesterday, I received a collection letter in the mail, dated March 3, 2010, stating that the provider of these "free" pills wants $133.95 in late fees since I "kept" the "free" bottle, which was they claimed not really a free sample as stated but rather of 14 day free trial. I was supposed to contact them within 14 days and then return the bottle with unused pills within 30 days of their shipping it to me in the first place.
THIS INFORMATION WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO ME WHEN I SIGHED UP FOR THIS "Free Sample". I called their "customer service" department at 1-877-537-2434 to find out what this was all about. This is where it gets ugly. The "gentleman" on the phone claimed it was not his problem but rather "my problem" that I didn't know about their policy. They would not accept the sealed bottle back - instead he said - "pay now or I will send you to a more aggressive collection agency and ruin your credit". He did not care that their practices are fraudulent or that I was advised by a medical professional NOT to take it!
PLEASE - DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM - they are contemptible. As for their collection efforts...bring it on, baby. I AM NOT PAYING!!! (luckily the bank I had the credit card through was one of those that failed and that card was cancelled - otherwise I'm certain they'd have stolen from me directly rather using the threatening letter and collection agency method they are using to steal from me now.
The Letter I received has the following company information it:
Healthy Online Services
7904 E. Chaparral Rd. #A110-146
Scottsdale, AZ 85250
Sincerely,
Debbie Hulbert

Fraud
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. How does this company get away with this? I just got a bill for $133.00 from last November. I too missed the automatic "terms" so when I called the company to cancle they were so hard to get a hold of and then of course they were rude. I thought this mess was over and it has reared it's ugly head again. This product is crap - no pun intended and now I am going to have to cancel my debit card so they cannot hook me again. THIS COMPANY IS FRADULENT WITH A PRODUCT THAT IS WORTHLESS AND THE CUSTOMER HAS NO RECOURSE. I HAVE SENT A COMPLAINT TO THE IOWA ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

Unable to Cancel
I ordered this "free trial" then a few days later saw all of the complaints on a website. I IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel my order but was unable to get a hold of ANYONE! I canceled my credit card so they couldn't charge me anything (I had already paid the shipping and handling). So now I just received a bill in the mail. I called (of course they answer when they think someone wants to make a payment) I told them that I am not paying for something I tried to cancel in the first place. Plus, I never received the orders that were supposed to come if I didn't cancel. This place is a joke. I am reporting them to the BBB and am not paying $133 for anything!!!

scam
This company is a total scam. I tried to cancel as soon as I out my cc number and they still sent it to me anyway and even though I told them never to bill my credit card they billed me with in a couple of days and would not refund. I never opened the package and sent it directly back and blocked their company from my cc. I was out over $129.00, never open the package and now they are sending me a collection letter for $133 more, FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN!!! And forget calling them it is a waste of time. DO NOT ORDER THIS IT IS A SCAM!!!

Scam, Fraud, False Advertisment
COLON CLEANSE 3000 FRAUD ALERT!!! According to this company called Colon Clean 3000 I supposedly contacted them to "request one of the FREE Colon Cleanse 3000" trial samples. I've received no product yet somehow they have my information. They state they've billed me $4.95 for shipping and now have sent me a collection letter stating I owe $83.95 for their product plus a $50.00 collection charge. This is a scam company!!! DO NOT use this company. Anyone on this complaint list should contact a class action law firm and sue this company out of existence. Colon Cleanse 3000 is a scam; a fraud and would appear to be using false advertisement. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

Unauthorized Charges
Pretty much the same story as everyone else. Ordered product, promised s/h charges of $4.95 as only commitment, gave them my debit card info. Agreed upon charge appeared and I did receive the product within a week. A day or two ago I was checking my account and saw another charge for $83.95. My bank actually called them for me, and after I argued with them for about 10 minutes, they agreed to refund my money. I received a refund "number" but really don't expect to see any money returned to me. I also changed my debit card info so they couldn't continue billing me.
I wish I would have checked this site, and others like it, prior to placing my first order. I've been ordering on the internet for almost 5 years and this is the first time I've been scammed.
BTW, I tried one pill yesterday, and I believe it's nothing but a strong acting laxative. This isn't the way to lose weight, at least for me.

False advertisement - FREE TRIAL
As I have been reading in numerous complaints here, I too fell victim to this fraudulent advertisement and scam. I did not read anywhere about a 14-day period to cancel. I waited nearly 6 full weeks before I received the first sample...and sure enough, there is a charge of $89 to my card for the supposed "FREE" sample.
I would invite any other victims to combine our efforts to file a class action suit for false advertisement against this company. It seems they are still awaiting FDA approval for this product and a class action suit would certainly diminish their efforts to gain that approval.
