Not only does the company not give you clearly stated information about cancelling within 14days, but once you cancel they still bill you. I cancelled with them, naturally after I received a statement from my bank that I had been charged $88.90, this was done in September, on December 7, 2009, I was charged another $88.90 but this time it was under the name of a different company. When I called that company, it was then that I was told that another company was using their name and charging people's accounts and that company was none other than, you guessed it, Colon Cleanse 3000/Acai Berry. When I called the company they were very rude however very swift in verifying that my account had been cancelled and they would submit a refund. They never addressed that fact that it was charged under another name and the fact that they were so quick to offer the refund with no questions asked leads me to believe that they wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible and answer as few questions as possible. I just happen to be one that they couldn't get over on, the problem is that they are obviously getting away with this somewhere otherwise they wouldn't even try. My Advice---DON'T DO IT!! Don't even get caught up with this company. IT IS A SCAM!!!

The word "free" will only give you stress with this company. You can't get a credit if you decide you don't want it even if the product is not opened. After being billed over $80.00 and I had only just received the product and didn't get a chance to use it, I was told I could get a credit, sent back the unopened product, and never received the credit. After 3 phone calls to customer service reps who barely know the business and will tell you what you want to hear I did manage to get a bottle mailed to me since I already paid for it. I figured I'd call it even as long as I already paid and had the product. Now I get one in my mail on a daily basis (2 on one day) and I'm still dealing with this company. I've called 4 times and have yet to speak to a supervisor. My 4th call today I spoke to a CSR who acted as if I was the problem. He kept telling me things were fine, my account was closed, and that's that. I kept telling him things weren't fine but he insisted they were and didn't care about my problem because he said "they don't send out the product there" and that my credit card wasn't being billed. I don't want or need this product and don't want to eventually get billed. He kept saying I won't but I don't trust them and I've called my creditor for instructions in case they do. One rep said to send them back and this rep said not to. My nightmare with this company isn't over yet.

I called for the last time(I said last time because I almost had a heart attack) today to this company . They charged my credit card for the product that was not send. All I got was a headache for being so angry. As I expected I will not get my money back even they did not send the product. Can anyone help me on this? I'm unemployed for almost a year and every penny counts on me. The nerve of this company to rob people's bank.

Original ad reads "Try Colon Cleanse 3000 for Free". The web site says you pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. You then put in na, addr, cr cd# and submit the request.
I complained to the company after being billed $88+. They then told me I had to cancel in 2 weeks. One person said the Terms and Conditions was just under the credit card no. NOT! Another said it was in a box to the left. NOT! The credit card co asked me about another charge on the bill for "Great Fun" Never authorized that either. Told the rep I called their no. 5 times, get recording, music on hold and disconnect. No idea what that is or why billed. Are they connected? The ad and the web page are deceptive advertising. This company needs to be investigated.

I ordered the "FREE" trial of Colon cleanse 3000 and Acai berry breeze, three weeks later I received it in the mail and a month and a half later I found an 88.00 charge and an 83.00 charge on my account. When I called the company I was told that I could be refunded the 88.00 but that I agreed to the 83.00 charge because I did not cancel my order within 14 days and that it is only a "FREE" trial for the first 14 days then you are charged!!! They said that this info is on the website and in the agreement!! I read this information and was not aware of this!! I was scammed!! As I see many have been, Something has to be done!! It may only be 83.00 for me and similar for others but this company is being allowed to rip people off!! Anything I can do to get involved in stopping this company PLEASE CONTACT ME!!
