Money taken from my Bank Account with authorization
I received a "free" trial bottle of Colon cleanse 3000. After trying it for a couple of weeks, with no results at all, I stopped using it. My bank account was charged $90.67 on 9/29/2009 for a second bottle of Colon Cleanse 3000 which I did not order. I received the bottle in the mail today. When I called the company to tell them I was sending the product back to them, I was told that they would not refund my money under any circumstances. I told the rep.that the product did not work, and I did not want any more of it. After speaking with a Manager, whom I am sure was just another customer service rep. He told me that I was not going to get away with strong arming him. He finally agreed to refund $20.00 to my account. He probably told me this just to get me off of the phone. I am a senior citizen living on social security and cannot afford this. What can I do to have them refund my money? Do I need to contact anyone else for help? If so, please let me know. Should I go ahead and send the item back to them? Thank you, Carol Gagnon

scammed
I too was scammed by colon cleanse 3000. I told them that the cancellation policy was not put where someone could see when ordering the free trial. They told me that it was not their fault that I did not read further down the page. Threy also told me that all their customerswere satisfied. My credit card charge said "membership clubs" and not colon cleanse 3000. I have written to the BBB and I have contacted my crdeit card company. When the so called free trial came it did not have any information about a 14 day trial period or cancelation. This company should be ashamed that they take advantange of people.

Scam
I ordered this product on July 31st. After 2 weeks, I didn't think I'd receive it. The charges for $4.95 showed up in my bank account on 8-28-09. I tried the product and didn't feel right using it. So I discontinued taking it and forgot about it. I just returned from a vacation in the Carribean of all places to find an overdraft notice in the mail. At this point, I knew something was up. I ran to my computer, logged in to my account and burst into tears! My account has been literally wiped out! They took $83.95 on 9/11/09, $83.95 on 9/14/09 and $88.90 on 9/30/09. There was also another bottle of the colon cleanse product sitting on my counter.
Like everyone else I didn't see anything that eluded to being roped into a month to month fee. I am not sure if I will be able to recover everything I have lost but this is a tough lesson learned. I'm off to the bank today to see if I can recoup any of the monies they have taken. And I plan to file a claim with the FTC.
Other than that, I will also be closing my account as this is a checking account and now that they have access to it, I don't trust them to stop debiting my account.
I hope this helps someone else out there and if I learn anything new, I will post it here. Sincerely, L. Hebert, NH

Have not recieved
I requested a free thirty day sample on the 4th of September and have not heard form them. According to the ageement I had fourteen days to try the product before they would ship the next shipment and bill me for the full amount. I aopdered the Acai berry diet pill the same time and have recieved it but not taken any because they reccomend the the two be taken the same day. What a rip off.

Scam-Rip Off
Went to Colon Cleanse website to try free 30 day sample of product for the cost of $4.95 shipping and handling but once I ordered the free sample I found out that Colon Cleanse 3000 and Acai Nutraberry were both ripping people off and could all be the same company. I called and cancelled the free sample and was told that it was indeed cancelled before the item was even shipped. Two weeks later I got the free sample in the mail! I called once again and the gentleman on the phone told me that the computer system was down and would cancel my subscription as soon as it was restored. At the same time I received the free sample my checking account was charged $4.95 for shipping and $83.95 for the next bottle of Colon Cleanse which I had already cancelled. The gentleman said that he could not do anything about the $83.95 but would cancel my subscription. I said I wanted to speak to a manager and had already cancelled, he said all managers are in a meeting and he'd have someone return my call, which of course never happened. My account has been billed yet another time for $83.95 plus S & H and I now have 3 unopened bottles of Colon Cleanse! I want my money back and I am so interested in suing.

Internet Scam
Avoid ordering ANYTHING from this company. Product is not what they say. Also they claim to give a free trial bottle for payment of S & H but secretly (as fine print is buried in terms & conditions) they set you up to automatically receive their product every month for an inflated price ($89) & they also charge you for the free bottle 14 days after it ships! And they REFUSE to refund your money!

I've been robbed
I've trying to lose weight and tried everything. This thing came in a blog that I saw and convinced me to tryi it for just $4.95 and now that I wanted to buy something, I saw that there was no money in my account. They charged me $86 and something plus the bank is charging me like $115 for not having money to cover this. I dont have the $200 to pay and I dont want to be charged for somentihg that doesen't even work.

fraudulent trial period
Advertised as free trial - you pay only shipping and handling - BUT you have only 14 days to review - and that is 14 days from when they say they shipped the product - not 14 days from a reasonable delivery date. I have not bought many products over the internet and it will be a long time before I do so again. Especially any free trials. Now I'm afraid to even take the product. Wonder what it will do to you?

hidden montly auto ship
I wish I would have found this site before I ordered. They keep the details of their business very hidden. Do not be fooled by the free bottle of product for only shipping.
