Fraudulent Business Practices
My response is to "Clarification" posted on 09-27-09 regarding this company.
I ask you how it is possible to engage in a "Risk Free" 14-Day Free trial when they send you the products a week or nearly two after the 14-Days has begun, and then tell you that you have to send the unused portion of your product back within the same 14 days? They even advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but still charge you for how many pills you tried "risk free." The full amount of the product is then charged to your account before the 14 days is up. They are advertising something that is impossible to achieve. In my case I received the product 2 days before they charged my card, 12 days after they charged me for the shipping and handling.
If you have fallen prey to this company, they now have your credit card number. Cancel your card immediately to avoid additional charges. The bank will re-issue you a card number. This is especially important if you used your combo debit/credit card.
Please compose and send a letter to the Arizona State Attorney General's office and let them know about your experience. Although the address given is a "Postal Stop" and the company does not operate in the US, the more complaints, the better to stop this one particular operator. You won't get your money back.

Unauthorized charges
Through an internet article I ordered the "free" trial offer of Colon Cleanse 3000 (along with Acai Breeze's same offer). The article was through a testimonial on the Rachael Ray website. Since this was showing to be endorced by her I believed it. All you have to do is pay $4.95 shipping and handling for each. Nothing was even stated about a 14-day trial offer in this article. So needless to say, I missed the 14-day deadline. When my bank statement came, I was charged $89.61 for each of these products. Then on top of that, the Colon Cleanse 3000 wasn't even a "free" trial offer. I was charged $84.62 for that "free" trial offer. So I ended up with almost $200.00 in unauthorized charges. I called both companies and told them about the article I ordered their products through. They both said they had no idea about it and couldn't do anything for me. All they could do was "cancel my account" from that date on. Colon Cleanse 3000 (and Acai Breeze, too) are both rip-offs. And another intesting piece of information I learned through my doctor is that there are ingredients in these products which can cause problems with your bowels.

rip off/took money from my account
I ordered the free trial and by the time I got it the two weeks were about up. Then I find a charge on my card for 34.95 and now another charge for 85.00, neither of which were done with my persmission. I e-mailed them the day I got the product through their website which doesn't show up on my e-mai and now I don't have proof I sent the e-mail. I also tried to cancel by phone just in case the e-mail didn't work, but couldn't get through. High call volume and they hung up.

fraud
I too was a victim of this deceptive offer. After ordering the product in July with the understanding I would only be charged for the shipping of 1.99. My trail was received 18 days after I ordered it but decided not to try it. The bottle was never opened and there was no information in the shipping that indicated I had to call to cancel a subscription I did not realize I agreed to. My credit card company called me with a fraudulent inquiry for 88.00 on 9/22 to a company in the UK. I had just received my current statement which was charged 83.95 on 8/28 from a company called twostep500weight.com. After calling the company I was told the same canned response that I had read the terms of the free trial and if I did not call them to cancel within 14 days I would be charged. I spoke with customer service who told me I was responsible for the terms and agreement. I asked for a supervisor and Tyrese answered the call and reaffirmed the companies position with allot of laughter in the background. He was not able to supply me with his superiors name only supplied me with an email address to voice my concern. The web site was [email protected] to send an inquiry. At that point I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges and I will be disputing these charges.

Wrongly Charged for Product
I ordered Colon Cleanse 3000 trial online and was charged $84 for the product 2 days after receiving my "free" trial. I called the company and was told initially they would not be refunding my money. I called back spoke with supervisor, Jeff, who told me they would cancel my account and refund my money, never happened. Called again spoke to supervisor, Tecia, who told me I was lying and that Jeff NEVER told me that and that she would not be refunding my money and that "all sales were final". Tecia would not let me speak to her supervisor, would not give me contact info for the owner or president of the company. After doing some research I found out that Global Source Marketing is the actual company in Scotsdale, AZ and that they represent Colon Cleanse 3000. I contacted the Better Business Burea in Idaho because that is where Colon Cleanse 3000 is actually registered as a business. I was informed by the BBB to file a complaint with the FBI (www.ic3.gov), with my local State's Attorney General, and to also file a complaint with the BBB. Per the representative from BBB Idaho, they have received a high volume of complaints regarding Colon Cleanse 3000 and Colon Cleanse 3000 has an F rating with the BBB.

charges
I ordered this product as was chaged $4.95 for trial. I rec'd product almost 3 weeks later and the day I rec'd this in my mail box my bank account was charged 83.95, which caused it to bounce. A tril period consists of 30 days to try the product. I got nothing inside the package other than credit is not issued for product already shipped. So basically you get charged for not even trying the product. I intend to submit a complaint to the BBB for the false advertising!

Took Money Didnt Send Product
I ordered Colon Cleanse 3000 on 9/12/09 in the amount $ 4.95 for a 14 day trial period. They withdrew the money on 9/15/09 from my account and never sent the product. I contacted them on 9/21/09 to complain and cancel membership. Its such a scam!!! Basically what they're doing is false advertising, collecting the $4.95 trial fee from people and never sending the product. Their customer rep. tried telling me that my trial period would have ended on 9/24/09...thats not even 14 days!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! I made sure the customer rep. emailed me a cancellation confirmation immediately. The customer rep. told me I should not be charged the $83.95 since I cancelled before the trial period ended but if I do get charged to contact them immediately for a refund? Uh I cancelled, I better not get charged!! Then he said they'll send me a free bottle, no shipping charge this time for my trouble. What the heck? Its such bad business I dont want their product at all. Hopefully they cancelled the membership or they have a lawsuit heading their way!

credit card scam
I put my state in the complaint, because I have no clue to where these scammers are! I know when I call the number for the BOGUS charges to my credit card...I get a recording that they are on the Pacific Coast.
I am SICK about this scam! Its caused us undo inconvenience...*canceling a credit card we use...but also that this kind of thing exists and I fell for it. (ugh)!
I signed up for the free bottle of colon cleanse 3000 because I saw the popular tv logos for this product and figured it was legite. (first HUGE mistake)! I purchased other products before at Whole Foods with good results so I can make a coNsumer comparison and tell people that THIS STUFF DOES NOT WORK AND YOU WILL NOT LOSE WEIGHT!
That said; I received a second what I 'wrongly' assumed free bottle the other day...in a manilla envelope...no paperwork...nothing for me to assume I HAD PAID $88.90 FOR IT!! My husband asked why we got a second bottle? I shrugged? I said...'must be a mailing error. Oh well, this junk doesnt work anyhow'. Didnt think anything of it...UNTIL I REVIEWED MY CHARGE STATEMENT!! I found the second high fee...the first one for the original purchase was on 8/11 for $4.95 shipping...and there is some other charge to my credit card for $83.95 for a product called Slim-UltraXS that I never ordered...never received...and the information when I click on my charge statement shows that same Direct Marketing/Direct Marketers information. That charge was made on 8/26...when we were OUT OF STATE ON VACATION! This wouldnt even fit into the category of their 30 day auto-ship policy if they dont receive a cancellation. 30 days would have been that second charge on 9/11 for that product I just received that I ignorantly thought was a mailing error!
How do I cancel ANYTHING from them? I have NO PAPERWORK!
I am calling them this morning. Id like to alert anyone who reads this to shop at Whole Foods...or Gnc for legitimate products with guarantees and NO STRINGS ATTACHED! These scammers need to be stopped.
