Never again will I order a health product off the internet without using paypal, or never again period. I was naive and stupid and I thought it would be fun to try this stuff -I thought I had read it carefully but apparently it had a 14 day trial period after which it was 83.95 and then 88.95! within a 2 week period. The states, Az AND KN, are different than state on the bottle-Idaho- and two different numbers are listed, one for the trial product charge (I thought I had ordered two different trail products-and like many others, never saw the 14 day stipulation and could not get out of the website after it mentioned something like"why don't you order more? only (some large amount-over 80 dollars-") I would like to go back and check the website but am afraid of getting entangled in another scam) I finally managed to get out after trying to cancel everything but was sent stuff anyway. From now on, I will write down and copy everything I do concerning financial transactions. I never do 14 day offers and I certainly would never pay even over 15 dollars for any unknown and unprescribed drug. I am too cheap and on a very tight budget. Also stupidly I waited until September 16 to do anything about it as I have been so busy -so I am afraid I will be getting another shipment in Sept-I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING FOR THAT LARGE AMOUNT, ONLY THE TRIAL OFFERS!!! I called the company and they were very nice and both people at both numbers swore that the 14 day thing is on the website. I have cancelled any future orders and they seemed to accept that. I said I did not open the second bottle but they will not let me return it for a refund. And how is this trail offer supposed to work, since they seemed to have charge me for 2 bottles, surely I could not return a bottle that had been opened? I have also called my bank and told them to keep an eye on future transactions but they say there is nothing I can do about the previous transactions. This company should be ashamed of themselves, preying on internet novices, especially at this difficult time for us. If they want to stay in business rather than make money quick and then get into another scam, they would be offering a refund policy.

Coloncleanse3000.com - fraudulent website lures you in on a charge of $4.95 but as soon as you type your billing information you will be unable to complete the transaction due to spam that says you've been accepted to receive additional supply for 1/2 price. It will not let you leave the page to receive a receipt for transaction. It also says that by continuing you will be charged $150. + for these additional items. At this time I tried to back out of the screen and I never saw their terms, didn't get a receipt and didn't get a conformation email. I assumed the transaction was left incomplete and not submitted. Instead they shipped the trial sample several weeks later without a packing slip and no disclosures of any future shipping or billing. They do not respond to their support email. You have to wait over 15 min to get anyone on the phone and they are not helpful. I was told that thed'd email that I cancelled my order... still haven't rec'd that email. Everything they do is in an effort to slow you down so they can keep billing you. My $4.94 trial has so far cost me two debits totalling $172.85 and a lot of time.

I ordered the trail package for $4.95, I returned it unopened and called to tell them not to send any more. I then received another bottle and was charged $83.95. I returned that bottle unopened. When I called to see about a refund on returned product I was told Suck it up you are not getting your money back. This was by a supervivor Lauren at customer service.

I ordered a Colon Cleanse 3000 Trial for $4.95 Shipping and Handling. When I went to see my checking account on-line I noticed that the Company charged me $4.95 three (3) times. I will like you to intervene as soon as possible on this matter. I did the order this past Saturday Sept. 12, 2009 an so soon I realized that this Co. is trying to get more money out of my account. Like a read in the Colon Cleanse Complaints site: The majoriity of the clients were complaining regarding this Co. charging them the amount of the cost of the product (ie: $84.00) and taking it out of their credit card account. I do not want this to happen to me.

I ordered a Free bottle of Acai (AKA expressberry) for just s/h. Got scammed on that one as well! As they charged me 39.?? before I ever got the product. However during my ordering of Acai I was offered a free trial (4.95 s/h) of "Colon Cleanse" to work hand in hand with the Acai product. So, I got both. Colon Cleanse charged me 83.95 for the product! Colon Cleanse (after a lots of work to even find them--my bank gave my a number) claim they have never heard of Acai (expressberry)! So, all in all my FREE TRIAL cost me around 130.00!!! And since I did order it online for s/h my bank (which I plan to change as well) says I have to pay for it! I said I only ask for the FREE TRIAL and did cancel with in the 30---of which you get no confirmation of of any type online!!!) I must pay the charges!! I have had to cancel my card so as not to continue getting charged. I guess they can keep charging you for as long as they like or until you xcel your card.
