A Huge Scam
I made the mistake of ordering this product on 8/22/09 and I did not receive it until 9/3/09. I only wanted the "free trial" for $1.99 for S&H but I got charged that and $83.95 taken directly from my account without my approval! This is a total scam and you never see there "policy" unless you read the fine print located at the very bottom of the screen! I called to cancel this and ask for a refund of my money, but was told that the charges would not be refunded and they do not accept the product back after it has been shipped. How can you return it before the 14 days expires to get a refund if they say this!!! I have had to close my current bank account and reopen another just to make sure this nonsense does not happen again! This has all been a huge inconvenience, and I just want to warn others out there so this does not happen to them! BE AWARE OF SCAMS!!!

Charging for free trial
Only about a week after receiving my free trial from Colon Cleanse 3000 my checking account was charged $83.98 and $1.68 for the product. I was never aware that I only had 14 days to try the product. It is unclear when the 14 day trial period started and I never agreed to repeat shipments which they had me signed up for. A half sheet of paper was sent with the trial product that tells you nothing about the charge or the subsequent shipments. I spoke to Eric on the phone and he assured me that I had agreed to the terms and conditions when I entered my credit card number. I specifically remember saying no thanks to the offer of repeated shipments. This is a huge scam. He refused to give me a refund even though I have not had the product for 14 days and was not aware when the 14 days began or that there even was a 14 day trial period. The half sheet of paper says: No refunds are given on any products that have already been shipped. Doesn't that contradict the trial period that they are claiming to give you. How does a free trial become an $83.98 charge?

charged card
This company offered a "free trial" only pay S&H. Then cahrged my card which they only needed to charge the shipping and handeling. I got an $88.90 charge the next month. When I called, they said I had 15 days to cancel any other shipments. I didn't even receive the product within 15 days. How could I try it and tell if it even worked?
They never sent another bottle. They refused to credit my account with the $88.90 but offered to cancel my account. Nice of them, huh?

Scary company
Within minutes of placing order I started getting phone calls -- from bank asking if this was legit charge, from an alleged support centers, telemarketers with related products. Next day I cancelled my bank card (unwanted hassle) and am still scared.
Today I got thru on phone and was told they cancelled, will not ship product nor send mail to me. Told them my card is cancelled and if they attempt to take $$ it will be a red flag to bank.
Point is, this company is a mess and I am grateful for the info on this site.

Fraud
I ordered a free trial of Colon Cleanse and was billed for the $4.95 on 8/31/09. On 9/ll/09 I saw on my online banking account that they had charged my $84. I was told when I called to complain that I had 14 days to cancel my account. It had not been 14 days, nor did I see in tiny print at the bottom of the screen that I only had 14 days. The "support person" on the phone told me that there was nothing they could do, which meant no refund, but she would cancel my account. They're probably making millions of dollars doing this. BEWARE!!!

didn't authorize the charge of 89+$
Colon Cleanse 3000 located in Idaho offers a deceptive "free trial period" that is a nothing short of a scam. It does not tell you until you are checking out and entering your credit card information for the shipping and handling that if you don't cancel within 14 days you will be charged the full price of $83.95. The website is set up so that the information is down far enough, so one does not see the fine print of the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" portion of the ad. There is NO email confirmation. NO receipt sent to your email. NO receipt with the package. One is billed$4.95 initially. The bottle of Colon Cleanse 3000 takes 10 days to reach destination. There is no free trial information with the package, no return instruction, no phone number. There is no way to cancel your "subscription" with the company if one misses the fine print on the website. Then your bank account gets hit with $83.95 from a company in United Kingdom, your bank statement will read FastFlush-support.com If you go to this website you will find out the legal name is Electric Flower Media Ltd. The phone number advertised on the website is of course disconnected.

Deception and fraud
Unauthorized charges:
I initially paid the shipping charges to receive free sample of Colon Cleanse with no mention that I would be billed for $83.90 the following month. I am on a fixed income and had no intentions of buying this product and now I am certainly sorry that I even tried it.
First off, it doesn't work or do what it was intended to do which is cleanse the colon. Now I have to pay bank fees because my account has been overdrawn due to this so called legitmate company. I want my money back.

no refund
I tried the free trial however they did charge my account. Then in a couple of weeks they sent me a new box that I returned for a credit to my account. I also called the 800 number (on hold for 20 mins then the phone hung up) and e mail support (no reply) and ever received an answer or credit to my account now I'm out of $87.00 and they still have my account number I hope there are no more charges. I want my money back.
