Everyone needs to file a complaint with the Postal Inspections Service @ https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx
This outfit is using the USPS as an escape goat for their "Shipping Delay Scheme"
When you go to the USPS web site and look up your Delivery Confirmation number on your shipping label, you will see the item had a 14 day gap of time from the date the label was requested until the date the package was scanned for the first time at a USPS location...which makes it look like the USPS screwed up on the delivery and was sitting on the package for 14 days.
The date referenced as "Electronic Shipping Info Received" is nothing more than the date this company requested a shipping label from the USPS. It does NOT mean the USPS had the product in their possession.
My guess is that date is the day you placed your order. If was for mine.
Then the next date on the Delivery Confirmation is the first time the USPS actually scanned the product. It is this date the USPS now finally has possession of your product. You will probably notice it is about 14 days later!!! That's around the date the product ACTUALLY left the company to come to you...AND it's also the date they process a charge to you for the full price of the product. Compare that date with when you were charged for the full bottle price.
They are using a branch of the Federal Government (USPS) to make their little shipping scheme work. Then when you call to complain to them that you didn't get the bottle until after the 14 days was up they tell you it's not their fault the USPS delivered the bottle late. I believe it IS their fault!!!
They don't ship until 14 days after you've placed your order. I would like to have it proved. When I emailed the USPS with my suspicions, they felt I opened a can of worms and directed me to their Postal Inspections Service. He said it's like the FBI of the postal service.
I did call my local PIS and they said the PSI responds quicker when they see a large volume of complaints against the same company. She too, felt my scenerio was worth reporting and investigating. She encouraged me to get everyone that's complaining to go to their site and file a complaint there. Together we can bring this company's deceptive shipping practice to light.
So PLEASE everyone needs to lodge their complaints to the same authority so the sheer volume of complaints will more likely compell them to investigate. If you need help navigating, or which category to use, email me at
[email protected] and I'll help you.
Again, lodge your complaint @ https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx
