Overdose and Overcharge
It did read in fine print that it would be an automatic debit for autobilling...it did not say that they would not be available to call and cancel the autoship! I tried calling numerous times with no answer. It was 3 billing cycles and a "no refund" policy. Even if the product was not opened, refused, and sent directly back to the company.

I also wonder about why they do an autoship. There should be a section that tells you that the recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day and not to use for more than 7 consecutive days...they send a full 30 day supply and then autoship this every month. Are they intentionally trying to encourage that we overdose on this product? I think that it's time that someone step in and shut down this operation. Or they should give the option of:

_______ check here if you want the exceeded recommended dosage
and we are not responsible for any unwanted or detrimental side effects.

_______ check here if you want the monthly autoship at a outrageous markup price...

________ Check here if you think it's our company that is full of crap and needs the detox!

Fraudulent shipping scheme
Everyone needs to file a complaint with the Postal Inspections Service @ https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx

This outfit is using the USPS as an escape goat for their "Shipping Delay Scheme"

When you go to the USPS web site and look up your Delivery Confirmation number on your shipping label, you will see the item had a 14 day gap of time from the date the label was requested until the date the package was scanned for the first time at a USPS location...which makes it look like the USPS screwed up on the delivery and was sitting on the package for 14 days.

The date referenced as "Electronic Shipping Info Received" is nothing more than the date this company requested a shipping label from the USPS. It does NOT mean the USPS had the product in their possession.
My guess is that date is the day you placed your order. If was for mine.

Then the next date on the Delivery Confirmation is the first time the USPS actually scanned the product. It is this date the USPS now finally has possession of your product. You will probably notice it is about 14 days later!!! That's around the date the product ACTUALLY left the company to come to you...AND it's also the date they process a charge to you for the full price of the product. Compare that date with when you were charged for the full bottle price.

They are using a branch of the Federal Government (USPS) to make their little shipping scheme work. Then when you call to complain to them that you didn't get the bottle until after the 14 days was up they tell you it's not their fault the USPS delivered the bottle late. I believe it IS their fault!!!

They don't ship until 14 days after you've placed your order. I would like to have it proved. When I emailed the USPS with my suspicions, they felt I opened a can of worms and directed me to their Postal Inspections Service. He said it's like the FBI of the postal service.
I did call my local PIS and they said the PSI responds quicker when they see a large volume of complaints against the same company. She too, felt my scenerio was worth reporting and investigating. She encouraged me to get everyone that's complaining to go to their site and file a complaint there. Together we can bring this company's deceptive shipping practice to light.

So PLEASE everyone needs to lodge their complaints to the same authority so the sheer volume of complaints will more likely compell them to investigate. If you need help navigating, or which category to use, email me at [email protected] and I'll help you.

Again, lodge your complaint @ https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx

RIP OFF
Just like everyone else complaining here, I got ripped off by this company. They charge you for the free trial, then don't ship the product, hide their terms and conditions in the fine, fine print at the bottom, then manipulate those terms to allow them to charge you for two bottles in two weeks time period instead of the "every 30 days" that their phony terms state. You can't get through to complain, or find out how to cancel or return the product. When I did finally get through, they are rude, and told tough luck and have a nice day. The FCC should stop this kind of practice. On top of everything, the product is USELESS. I had to cancel my credit card account and file dispute with their chargeback department and their fraud department. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

false advertising, overcharging
This is a fraud. Do not order. I ordered the freee bottle trail for only $4.95 S & H and so far have been charged $262.34 in the past month. They have been sending bottles out every 2 weeks at $87.13 each. I only agreed to the trail bottle.

false advertising, billing
Total SCAM! Ordered 14-day free trial. Didn't receive the product until 10 days later and then they charge me $84 after only having it for a few days. Called to get my money back and was told they didn't give refunds on already shipped merchandise. WHAT! What happened to the "FREE TRIAL". Customer service was TERRIBLE especially the manager. Filed a complaint with Better Business Burea and am thinking about a class action lawsuit...anyone else interested?

computer charge several times $4.95
I wanted to try the free trial of Colon cleanse 3000 and the Acai Berry. It had me put my credit card for $4.95 and it kept freezing up saying it had a problem. I continued to reenter and it ended up charging for everytime I tried to get it to go through.. My acct. has been charged 5 times for the shipping on the cleanse and the berry pills. I am out about $40.

Unauthorized Charges to Credit Card
I signed up for the free trial after seeing it being endorsed by NBC. I paid the $5.99 shipping charge and then get charged $83.95 from Fast Body 100 trial.com. I then called the number on my credit card bill associated with FastBody100trial.com and waited on hold for over 20 minutes. After inquiring about why I was charged the extra $83.95 on my free trial the man said there was a sheet of paper shipped with the free trial that said the free trial needed to be returned in 14 days or I would be billed. I never saw that paper and never read that in the literature when signing up. I asked to speak to a manager and he replied that he was the manager and that I was going to get nowhere with this since the trial said I would be billed. I told him I would dispute it with my credit card company and report them to the Better Business Bureau. After doing a little more research after being ripped off it it seems I'm not the only one. Stay away from Colon Cleanse 3000...its a Scam.
