I have been charged for several items, I have tried to cancel the order, I was lead to believe it was canceled. But now they have informed me that I am unable able to do so according to their terms and conditions and the order hadn't be previously canceled. Legally, I should be able to cancel orders. After several screaming matches I have obtained a cancellation # of 754892. from their rep on 5/21/09. I called several times previously, but was unable to get any information. I did order FREE samples and called to cancel the monthly subscriptions, yet they keep sending products and I keep returning them. They tell me now I need an RMA # in order to send back products that I called to inform them I didn't want. I am disputing the following charges except the two that should be the first shipping charge (I don't which ones they are):

I agreed to pay for free sample shipping and then called after receiving them to cancel the order. Which they didn't do. I should be only paying for shipping charge for the FREE samples.
I do not wish to receive any more products from this company and have canceled to credit card to which they have been given. I will NOT pay for anything more then the first shipping charge.

I ordered samples of colon cleanse and acai berry off an Oprah pictured link on line. Used my debit card and they took off the right amounts. I received the colon cleanse sample and also got an e-mail from them. Decided I did not want the product as it did not work. Tried calling the number at all hours day and night and you either get a message saying :all operators are busy, call later" or it rings, gets answered and then cut off. Now they have take two amounts of money off my debit card, one on 11/24 for $78, 84 and one on 11/28 for $84.79 and now again another $8.51 from pricelimbo.com. Also the acai berry people took the money off for the sample on 10/20 I only received the sample on 11/14 the same day as the amount of $89.31 was taken off my account for the next order which I did not want because I hadn't even tried the sample yet. I cannot get through to them on the phone numbers either, they tell you to try between 6 and 9pm MST. When you get through the person tells you her computer is down and she may not take a cancellation over the phone without her computer. I asked for a superiors number and she gave me a non working number. The other numbers I pick up off the internet go to a message that says, this number has not yet been assigned.

This is fraud, I saw my lawyer on Wednesday and have an appointment at the attorney general on Monday I will be pressing charges.
