I ordered 2 products with Acai Berry for detox and weight loss from an article a reporter had written about having tried the products promoted. The product was a 14-day free trial. There were separate websites you could go to for canceling the products. I was able to cancel one product but the second website would not work. I then received a charge for $83.95 on my credit card. When I contacted the company by phone I was told the 14-day free trial began when I had ordered the product. The funny thing was they only charged me for one product not both. I have now received a letter from a collection agency saying I owe $83.95 because I did not return the unused product when I canceled. The letter shows original purchase date of 9/29/2009. I never received any notices from the company I purchased the products from just the current collection letter.

colon cleanse xr went into my bank account today and removed $84 without my authorization to do so. The company said it was a free trial and lied and I've learned the hard way nothing in life is free! Now I am going through hoops trying to get my money back I am contacting the better business bureau. I am also filing papers through my bank to try and get my money back. It is to bad that a company like this can obviously keep getting away with this and ruining it for the honest businesses out there because I for one will never order another product off line.

On Nov. 30 2009, I ordered the Colon Cleanse and Acai Berry product. I received the Acai Berry, but never the Colon Cleanse. I had a charge of $83 pending on my credit card so I immediately call the 800 number (800-380-8569). I called them 10 times that day and always got the same recording that they had high volume and the wait would be over 10 min. After abut 3 mins it asked me to leave a message at did that 3 times and no one returned my call. This was on the 15th of Dec. I called the next day, at 9 am, and was told that they had nothing in my name because there was no credit card information given. I checked my credit card and the charge at went through. I called the 800 number again that afternoon and the young lady that answered informed me that I had gone past the 14 day trial period. I informed her that I had not received anything and she informed me that no on would do anything about. I asked her who I could talk to and she stated that it didn't matter that who ever I talked to would tell me the same thing. She was very uncooperative and somewhat rude. When I arrived home, wow, the product was here. I told the lady on the phone just to cancel the account and that I was very upset to be charged for a product that I had never received. How can you give someone a trial period from the time you place your order and you've had no time to try it. These people are full of it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone to try any product that they have. Now I'm stuck with a charge and haven't tried anything.

Ordered the "free trial" from this company. Declined permission for any future billing or shipments of product.

On 11/05/09, my bank account was charged an additional $83.95.

I did not authorize this charge and have received no further product from this company.
