owe a balance of $133.95
I ordered colon cleanse 3000 risk free trail offer. I called during the 14 day trail period to cancel the product, I could not take the product. The seal is still on the bottle. NO ONE told me to return the bottle.
After months and months gone by I received a letter TODAY (the only letter) stating I owe $133.95 and that if I don't pay up I will go to collections!
I called Health Onlone Services and talked with a representative, he did not state his name, but he was very RUDE. He said if I don't pay, that my credit will be ruined.

Fraudulent deduction from my bank account in the amount of $83.95
I clicked on an advertisement which featured Rachel Ray endorsing this product with a 14 day free trail sample for the cost of the shipping and handling. They deducted for the shipping and handling and then a couple of weeks later on, 9/17/09, they deducted another 83.95 from my account without authrization.

Clarification
First off, let me clarify this for you: There is absolutely nothing fraudulent about what this company is doing, which is probably why they win 99 percent of their disputes. They include several opportunities on their site for the consumer (ie. you!) to review the terms and conditions which you are agreeing to by placing your order. They even give you a "last chance" to look at what your signing up for when entering the most crucial part of the transaction... YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. It is the responsibility of the company to make the terms and conditions available, which they have. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSUMER TO READ THEM!!! (which is why I didn't get screwed out of a measly 90 bucks). I don't know how to make this any more clear. If a company just gave out free products all day long, how can you expect them to stay in business? You can't. You people can't possibly believe that anything in life is truly 'free'. Only a moron gives out their credit card information over the internet without reading into it. Don't get mad at the companies that take the money you WILLINGLY GAVE THEM, get mad at yourselves and learn from your mistakes. Now find something better to do with your time than placing blame on everyone but yourselves for your carelessness. Life is short people. Learn from your mistakes and move on.. and by god people.. LEARN HOW TO READ (it shouldn't be that hard, you know how to complain enough).
