I never authorized the charges on my account. NEVER, I called to confirm nothing else will be charged to my account. Stated there would not be, NOW I can't get through to save my life... ON TOP OF IT, I never received any else! Obviously they had it in the system not to send me the product, yet still charged me?!?!
I need a refund ASAP PLEASE PLEASE HELP!
