charged for product returned twice
I authorized IP Nubodi to take $385 out of my account. When I received the product and saw that they wanted to charge me $83, 71 . I immediately called them and no one answered their phone. I waited 20 minutes on three different occasions and they never answered. I returned the product back more then once, and the postal service even put on the "refuse all future shipments, and then they go and charge my account over $90.00. I do not have the product, have never used the product and therefore I want my $90.00 back or I will have to sue.

Unauthorized charge!
Charge of $ 89.31 for merchandise not ordered. Sample had been ordered on 26 March 2008 for $ 3.95. As yet to be received.
Call to company indicated that since I had not canceled within two weeks then full order was charged. If you call this company be prepared for a long wait to speak with anyone 8 + minutes on my last try.

Fraudulent charges!
I had signed up for a trial offer of ColonCare or Cure. The trial ended and i never consented to continue this product, so far two months in a row they have billed my charge card for $89.31. I have attempted to return the product via FedEx, and the packages come back marked delivery refused by Rath because of cancel. Was post marked back on April 2, 2008 i have since received another package and charged another $89.31, if they state it was canceled which i wasn't aware of any agreement other than the trial, why do they continue to charge and send. It not only costs me to send it back, but i keep getting these charges.

charged again after I cancelled a useless prioject
I ordered a two week supply of Colon Cure - I wrote and told them that it was useless, yet received the first month anyway- when the charge for $89.31appeared on my account I called and actiually got a supervisor, ask for Brian, who told me I never informed them after a lengthly discusion I said I wanted the charge removed and I would send the second month back and he would then take off the 2nd month charge. It's useless-
BUYER BEWARE-- his words "some people need to take lots more to be effective..." some people need to be ripped more often to stop falling for internet scams... ME!!!
time will tell if they honot their word

I need my refund immediately
I have tried numerous times to cancel this product and I have returned all your products. I need my refund $89.31 immediately. Please do not send anymore of your products to my house. I also need a working telephone number. The only telephone number that I have is 809-208-7485 and it is not working. I have been trying to call you since January, 2008. I expect to hear from you soon.

Credit card charge!
I ordered a trial Colon Cure, sent the bill when I got it saying to cancel (Was charged $3.95 for the trial which was O.K.) then was charged on my credit card for $89.31. I have receiv ed nothing else and don't want it. Would like to make sure this is canceled and the charge removed.

scam
I, like many others I have read about on this complaint board, have been taken by the Colon Cure company. I ordered the trial size for $3.95 and now my checking account has been charged $89.31 for a monthly supply. I did not order the month supply, tried to call and cancel/get refund, but just like all the others complaining, I did not get through and probably will not. However, I did file a complaint with the Southern Las Vegas Better Business Bureau. I suggest everyone do that. It is very easy to do it online. Hopefully, something will come from this and we will all be helped.

Terrible company!
This product does not work and you are unable to contact company. They give you a number but you set on hold for hours and they don't answer where you can cancel or return. Beware people!

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE
I HAD AN UN-AUTHORIZED CHARGE OF $ 89.01 ON MY BANK CARD WHICH CAUSED MY ACCOUNT TO GO OVER THE LIMIT AND MY BANK CHARGED ME ANOTHER $39.00 BECAUSE OF IT! THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS ONCE AND FOR ALL. IT IS MY FAULT FOR NOT RESEARCHING THEM FIRST BUT A BUSINESS SHOULD NOT ACT THIS WAY? I WANT MY MONEY PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT!
