Unauthorized charges
I ordered a "free" trial which only cost $3.95 shipping and handling. Colon Smart took an additional $88.97 out of the same account that month for additional unordered product. I refused the product and sent it back but I have been unable to contact Colon Smart by phone ever since. I've been dealing with my bank and the bank claims that they did an investigation but I'm still out the money. I had to cancel my bank account in order to protect myself.

No refund & charge visa $88
I found this trial offer online for a colon cleanse product from Colon Smart, website is www.colonsmartcleanser.com Their phone is disconnected and no way to get a hold of. Address is 7200 Vineland Ave Ste 212 Sun Valley, CA. 91352.
The Better Business Bureau cannot reach them either (I filed a complaint with them). I'm sure this company is a scam. I returned the product, which I only paid for S & H but then the next month they charged my card $88.
I would really like to pursue this, but feels like a deadend now????? Any help appreciated!

Sent me something I didn't order and charged me 88.98
I did not order this product and do not know why it was sent to me. First I got one bottle and then later two more bottles showed up along with acharge to my bank account for 88.98. I returned all three bottles still sealed and unopened, hoping to get a refund. I got nothing. If you call their phone number, they put you on hold for a while and then just diconnect you. I called six times in a row and this happened. They stole my money and I do not even know how they got my debit card info to charge me. They are a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Unauthorized charges
These people are absolute scam artists. I tried the free trial, got it, hated it and sent it back. I sent my cancellation e-mail and got nothing back, they charged my account for 3 months and you cannot even put a stop payment on them because they charge it out like it is from an ATM machine. I finally got a hold of someone they promised me a refund and I have recieved nothing. I called today and they said they could refund July's payment because they have revised their policy but could not give me a refund for May or June, they should be shut down and their accounts should be frozen by someone to make them pay back all of the people they have scammed. Karma's a nasty little thing and I hope it gets them!

Won't stop shipments
I accepted a trial offer and now keep receiving shipments of the product. I am being automatically charged on my credit card. I have three unopened shipments to return but am afraid if I just send them back I will not receive credit. I have tried to contact them about this but receive no response. I have also requested they stop shipment and they continue.

Unauthorized billing
Paid $3.95 for free sample of "colon cleanse" & got charged not only the $3.95 but also $89.31 which I did not authorize. I called the company and was told the first 2 bottles were free & could not cancel until I got next delivery. I was told they would cancel my account @ call them back with tracking # for next delivery & they would credit me. When I got next bottle I tried to call them (1-801-208-7485) & could not get through. Phone company could not reach them either. Now I have to go to my credit union & fill out a dispute form & cancel my debit card & get a new one. What a hassle.
Buyer beware!!!

Can not get though on e-mail and can not get though on the phone to cancel. There is no way to cancel and they continue to send product.

Unauthorized billing
I ordered the free Trial. After a week, I called and told them that I didn't want to product. When I requested the trial, I did not know that they would send a months supply, if you didn't cancel. After I received the trial, I noticed that it was one of those hoaxes with small writing stating if you didn't cancel, you would be charged the $88.00 each month for a months supply. I, then, called the 800 number and told the 'bored' operator that I did not want anything further from them.
A few days later, I noticed that the Money has been taken out. I received the product in the mail and wrote across the front 'Return to Sender'. I promptly called and spoke with the same 'bored' attendant and requested a refund. I was told that I had to contact the billing dept., via email. I have sent 15 emails and 4 months later, I still do not have a refund!
These guys are total crooks!! Buyers out there, DO NOT ORDER THEIR TRIAL.

Unauthorized withdrawals
I was going to try the 14- day trial so i payed the 4.97 with my debit card. then one da not soon after i get a big bag of extra bottles at my door, well i didn't want them so i sent them back (return to sender). I checked my bank account 1week after that and i noticed a 88.97 withdrawal. Well i knew it wasn't me sooo i contacted my bank to ask questions and they told me that colon smart cleanser had taken that amount for a transaction. Well i tried to contact them and had no luck. Before i knew it they had stole 88.97 more so i have sent a dispute board a email and i have canceled my debit card and now I'm getting really frustrated. So, I'm going to contact the bank and file some papers about unauthorized transactions to see what they can do.
