Continue bank withdraws
This company continues to charge me for there product when i have cancel (39.99) each month.

Fraud
I canceled my membership on 4/24/08 and was never contacted by the company. They charged my debit card at the beginning of June. I sent them numerous e-mails and called the 888-765-5557 and was given the runaround on their automatic answering service. The system asks if you want to speak with customer service or if you want to cancel. I tried both options and was eventually sent back to the first prompt asking the same thing. I sat on hold the first time for over 10 minutes...NOTHING...the last time I called I was on hold for over 25 minutes...AGAIN NOTHING...they do not appear to have customer support either by phone or by e-mail. The prompt asking if I wanted to cancel said they would send a confirmation e-mail but I have not received anything. SCAM!!!

Did not receive product but my credit card was billed
My credit card was charged but they did not send mdse. Their company will not answer their phones calls just put you on hold. They will not answer e-mail. I tried to cancel without success. I did call my credit card company to inform them of the problem with this company.

You are told to go to their web site if you would like to cancel.

help you at all. I called the company on the phone and have been on hold for more than an 1 hour. This is crazy but, they don't have a problem with charging your credit card. If someone can please help I think this is a SCAM, SCAM...

Scam charges
On 4/4/08 asked for a free trail for $3.95 shipping. Got it on 4/21/08 they charged me $88.97 and over drafted me. I tried for a month on the phone for 2-3 hours at a time but never got off hold. They said you could cancel on line, tried to do that and it said to call 1-800-765-5557 so I kept trying that. could never get a person.
On 5/21/08 they have charged me $88.97 again I still get no where and it over drafted me a second time.
Beware all!

Beware!
I canceled this subscription 6 days via website because you cannot cancel by phone (tried that first, on hold for 1 hour) after the free trial, company billed my account anyway for $88.97. I have sent several emails requesting a refund; no reply. I have tried to get satisfaction through the 888-765-5557 number only to be told that "she" only does sales. "She" gave me "billing" email address as there is "no phone number to cancel." I canceled my card because I don't trust these people anymore!

fraud
company debited $88.97 from my account- with no authorization. Kept trying to call telephone # and it only leaves you on hold. Website is a fake------ had to cancel my card and my account------ beware!!!

Canceled but was still charged for shipment that was not sent!
I was duped into purchasing this product on promise that I would receive another trial offer of an iMac Air Laptop which of course was completely false. I canceled the further shipments of colon smart within the time limit they specified but they still charged my account for a shipment that has not arrived and if it does it will be unopened, refused and sent back to them as was the original trial offer. So far the charges on my visa are $3.95 May 5, 2008 and $88.97 May 20, 2008. I entered a fraud complaint at my bank but so far the effort to get them off ability to charge my account has obviously not gone through. This has been a big time waster and will greatly curtail my purchasing anything online again. The number the company gives for canceling is never answered and they direct you to go to their website to cancel but it is very difficult to figure out the how to of canceling. They want to obligate you as though you agreed to their ridiculous terms for purchase. What a 'cheat the public' attitude this company has.! The owners of this scam ought to be locked up.
