To Whom It May Concern: This was sent to CBS and MSNBC. I ordered the free trial of Colon smart cleanser that you stand behind. After I received it I contacted my Dr and he said don’t use it because it could cause problems, (I had a gastric bypass). I went on the site and canceled it. I received notice that they were going to send me another supply and I canceled it again! They have taken $88.97 out of my checking account for this . I tried to contact them by phone (it is only automated) and e-mail the site [email protected] will not let me gain access. I have tried numerous times and it always says could not find server. I am a recently divorced 50 yr old woman. I have 4 foster children I am trying to support on my own and I cant afford this $88.97 to be taken from me monthly. Is there anything you can do for me? I have canceled this now 4 times. Is this company a SCAM, I don’t think you want to be on there page as a supporter when they treat customers like this! I am returning all three bottles unopened. I hope they reimburse me for this. But I have a feeling they are just going to send it on to someone else.

Can't cancel account from credit card! Beware all!

I ordered this product on line on April 12, 2008 for a 14 day trial period. On April 18, 2008 I called the above number to advise them that I had not received my product. Their machine continully stayed on saying that all their customer service reps were assisting other customers. I call everyday, a few times each day the following week and could never talk to anyone the machine came on each and every time I called. On April 29, 2008 I called my bank to discover that colon smart had deducted $ 88.97 from my account for this product which I never received, and cause my account to be over drawn over $100.00 in fees. This company is a scam and something needs to be done. I have sent them emails they they have not responded. Thank you

I've cancelled my subscription but company still is charging my credit card. I cancelled in the 14 days but they sent any way . Would like my refund because I couldn't use because of medical reason from doctor.

they made an authorized charge of $88.97. They were only supposed to charge $4.97. This was supposed to be a one time charge.
