I received a free sample of this product. They said I will get automatic shipments if I did not cancel shipping. I found the product doesnt work and made many attempst to contact the company...the email address they gave as a contact doesn't work.
They charge my credit card on 4/21/08 $80.00. My original free 30 day trial was 4/3/08. and I still can't cancell the product.

Ordered free smple of colon smart cleanser for the cost of s/h charge of $3.97 which automatically subscribed a monthly product delivery for $ 88.97. they stated to click " unsubscibe " to delete the monthly progam. They then e-mailed me a comfirmation of such.

A month later I recieved in my USPS mail a package of a month's supply of thier product and a statement of charge of $ 88.97. Checked my credit cart account on line, and shure enough, they charged me.

My credit card representative advised me to contact them and wait ten days. If there is no reply then, to submit a despute with them.

I have tried to contact this company for two weeks by phone, there is never anyone there to answer or it goes strait to busy. The insert I received with the shipment states if you call a customer rep. will be happy to help with your needs. If no one answers they do not have to cancel our memberships, and then still send more junk!!!

I ordered a free sample (which I received) since then I have had random charges to my debit card (not authorized) and also no product. When I try to call the toll free number no one ever answers or returns calls.

I have called the bank had to close account and open new account.

Very inconvenient and I would say illegal.
