Not refunding $. Not answering phone.
I have emailed and spoken by telephone to the people at colonsmart on at least three occassions regarding refunding the money, $88.98, which they took from my checking account in July, 2008.
I was assured by "Colon Smart" that they would be refunding my money immediatly. After not receiving it within about 2 weeks I placed another call and was promiced the check would be mailed the next day.
I have been calling Colon Smart all day. Their number has changed and when calling the other number given I briefly speak to a person who hardly speaks English, puts me on hold and leaves me there.
If ever I get the opportunity to warn people about this scam I will warn them AND encourage them NOT to risk buying from "colonsmart.com".

unauthorized charges
Similar complaint as everyone else.. I finally called my bank to place a dispute..
I had ordered a trial bottle of colon smart, not seeing any information regarding memberships. Today i received in the mail a new bottle and found that i had been billed 89.31 for a months supply.. the info in THAT box said to call 1-877-350-8514 to cancel, and like everyone else, it was either busy or i sat on hold indefinitely. when I called my bank they had a different number that i was able to actually get ahold of someone. when i mentioned the numerous complaints, the rep simply stated that they were all people that were 'pissed' because they didn't read the obvious membership info about having to cancel within 14 days.. if that was really there, then the number they give u purposely puts you on hold indefinitely so that you get sick of waiting and put off calling them, or give up..
Scam is an understatement.

Unauthorized charges on account
Charged my account the $3.95 for shipping for the 15 day trial and now they will not let me cancel and have charged my account again $89.61 and I have emailed and called and can't get a hold of anyone was on hold forever. This company is unreal, scam and don't trust!!!

Unauthorized charges to account
Unauthorized charge to my account. Bank has been notified not to pay. This is considered fraud and will be reported. Only TRIAL OFFER of $3.95 authorized but $89.15 has been attempted to collect from my account. This is theft and will not be tolerated.

Fraud and scam
Canceled product June 24th, (both their web site and finally customer care.) July another package. Another charge on credit card. Called NO ONE ANSWERS YOUR CALLS! sent back product. August 8th another package. ANOTHER CHARGE! You've got to be kidding me. There product is nothing more then a SCAM!

Unauthorized charges
I made the mistake of ordering a trial shipment. Now I can not get the monthly charges stopped, even though I have returned their product, called their 818 #, and written. This is definetly a sham business and should be reported to law enforcement.

They will not answer phone, the website cancellation will not process my request and I do not like the product.

UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT
They debited my credit card for this product which I have never received, and never ordered. They slammed my account, and I am getting the run around.
