I first tried to cancel by phoning the 888-820-2656 and first i was put on hold for an hour and then i was told to leave a message and i also did that. The trial product did not come with a internet address. I left a message that i was sending back the product because i was not satisfied and it was before the trial time was up but instead my credit card was charged and the company sent me another order and another charge but i contacted my credit card company and cancelled it. I called the number on the new invoice and cancelled yet again.
This company did not give me enough information on the trial offer to contact them if i was returning the product. They thought if they put people on hold long enough they would give up but i had plenty time and patience. The person i did speak with was not forthcoming with any information and was impolite.
