Failure to cancel membership
billing my account after I have returned products and there has been no confirmation that the products have been received by this company. I am asking that you STOP taking my money out of my account because as of 02/26/2009, I returned the product along with the RMA# 0f 1-569638272010. I do hope you will respond to this e-mail so I will not have to contact my financial instution. The economy is bad and I cannot afford to have my money spent on things I have asked for this company to stop.

Fraud
On 02/24/09 I ordered Colon XR and Acai Berry Supreme. Both offered a "Free Trial" that could be cancelled within 15 days of shipment date. I received my email notifications from both companies that included order numbers and customer numbers. I received my orders on the 26th and 27th.

On 03/03/09 I called Colon XR to cancel my "Free Trial". I was told that there was no record of my order. I was told my order number and customer numbers were not valid. I argued with the girl for 30 minutes -- I was looking at my email the company had sent me and it was ludicrous for her tell me it did not exist. The conversation (argument) ended with me clearly stating that I will file a fraud claim if my credit card is charged. She said that she would watch the account (funny there was no account to watch according to her) and she would make sure there were no charges and she would send me an email confirming my cancellation.

I then called Acai Berry. I was prepared to go through the whole experience again, but was surprised that I was immediately told my trial was cancelled and then received an email confirming the cancellation.

Yesterday, 03/10/09 I tried calling Colon XR again since I still had not received an email with the cancellation confirmation. After many minutes on hold- a voice came on the line and said they were not accepting calls at the moment and I need to call back. At first it sounded like a recording, but then I realized it was a live voice. I asked about following up on a cancellation and was told she could not help me.

This morning I went to online to look at my checking account. There is a pending charge for $78.64 for Colon XR! I called the company and went through the story of my first and second attempts to cancel. The girl kept saying the same thing over and over.."I'm sorry mam but our records show this is your first call. We will cancel your order but we cannot refund your money." I flipped out! I threatened to file a fraud case..so then her answer was..."I'm sorry mam but our records show this is your first call. We will cancel your order but we can only refund 50% of your money." I kept demanding to speak to a supervisor and each time she would say "hello?, hello?" as if she couldn't hear me.

I was livid at this point and told her I was calling my bank, police, and anyone else who would listen about this scam! She then said..."I'm sorry mam but our records show this is your first call. We will cancel your order but we can only refund 70% of your money." I went ballistic. I told her if one dime came out of my account there would legal action. At this point she offered a 100% refund that would take 7 - 10 days. I told her NO money better come out of my account. Period.

Ripping people off
I order the free trial order and cancelled. But they never did cancel. Then they took out 2 payments of $78.84 out of my account on the 3rd & 4th of March.Which made my other bills bounce. And all i get is a run around and will return call in 24hrs. Have yet to hear from anybody.

complete scam
This company is a complete scam. I also tried to cancel my membership and automatic shipments. Their live chats are bogus. Instead they email you a list of question and answers. The answers to the questions tell you to call a bogus phone number that either hangs up on you or you end up listening to music forever. No one ever answers the phone call. No one ever responds. They also say to go the the home page and logon to your account and cancel. There is no home page that I found.

Fortunately, I have had a similar problem before. I called my credit card company and they were very helpful. I got them to cancel my current card number due to unauthorized charges and they will reissue me another card with a different number. I recommend anyone with this unfortunate problem do the same. Your account info and history will stay the same, the scamming company just will not be able to charge anymore.

Rip of, Cancel my next shipment
THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF. THEY DONT ANSWERE THEIR PHONE AND I NEED THEM TO CANCEL MY NEXT ORDER. I DONT WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM.

Unauthorized billing
This company should be charged with fraud! They advertise a 'free trial' and ask for a credit card number in order to charge the 5+ dollars for the 'one time shipping'. This item is shipped and then mysterious charges (from two different companies) begin to appear on the credit card statements. They then shipped bottle #2. How many bottles of this product would anyone need anyway as it is not recommended for forever use? Another product then arrives from a completely separate address. Never ordered that product. Then $84.00+ a month begins to be automatically deducted from my credit card. The worst part is it was a debit card so it is much harder to have removed. I called the number on one of the shipments and asked that they please stop shipping immediately and the women (who barely spoke English), said she was unable to do that. She wanted me to give her my credit card number so she could look it up! Of course I was not doing that. Anyway, when you try to call customer service during hours, the message is, 'this number has been disconnected'. When you call after hours there is a very friendly message telling you to call back during 'normal business hours' which are 9-6pm EST. So, after 3 months of aggravation and getting nowhere, I called the credit card company and had to cancel all charges to that particular ATM card. Still, they have my money. The product is nothing but a glorified herbal/vitamin product for which you will be charged $84.00 a month. Of course you can cancel within 15 days, the problem is there is noone to call. DON'T LET THIS COMPANY RIP YOU OFF AS WELL. THEY SHOULD GO TO JAIL AS THIS IS JUST EXTORTION.

SCAM
Shame on these people who advertise FREE...just pay shipping. I actually returned a near full bottle as I had a reaction in the specified time frame. I have sent (no kidding) 8 e mails now - they respond with all kinds of responses. The last one being my credit card declined the purchase - I have the American Express bill showing the charge, the reference number, their company name...I think these people should be investigated for fraud and misrepresentation. I will not leave this alone until I get my $78.00 credited.

Refund never shows up!!!!!
Since Dec 16 08 I have been trying to get a refund on a product that I thought was a free trial. They billed me the $ 5.95 shipping which iI expected. Then there was a charge of $78.84. I called and they said I didn't cancel the membership within 14 days of recieving the product. Argued about that and they said to send back product and they would refund me $55.19. Called when no refund showed up. Called again and again and finally on1 28 09 a supervisor said they would rerrun refund to give it 7 to 10 days. Wel;l that has been over ten days and still no refund. What do I have to do to get this taken care of. I even threatened going to channel 13 and have Curtis take of it.

automatic debit
I ordered a "free trial sample" of Colon xR. Today I found an unauthorized charge of $78.84 against my debit card. I've just finished an online chat, and they claim I was supposed to cancel my account within 15 days. But I told one of their representatives over the phone that I was not authorizing charges other than the trial. That was before I'd even received the product. Naturally, they don't show any record of my having talked to a representative. I have cancelled my debit card.
