I cancelled the product as soon as I recieved it knowing that if its not cancelled they will continue to bill. Three weeks later I reviewed my bank account and they charged me 78.84 plus .63 cents which overdrafted me w/an additional 25.00. They owe me 104.47. I called and they informed me there is no request for cancellation and they will go ahead and process it. After they cancelled it again they hung up on me. I went online where I was able to chat with a rep and I called again. I asked the rep on the computer if the product had been cancelled. The representative said no. He again cancelled it for me. Now this is the third time I have cancelled the product. I was speaking to a representative on the phone and asked when I will recieve a refund. The rep said someone will call you in 48 hours. The rep on the computer said I have to return the product to get my money. I was told two completly different stories. I called back again and was told I will have the money in my account in 3-5 business days. I have to pay rent I live on my own and I cant wait 5 business days with the holiday and than possibly another 2 weeks if I have to return the product before I get a refund. I noticed that this company has done this to alot of people and I dont want it to happen to any one else.

I was disconnected just at 2 minutes about 15 times. I finally reached a 'live' person who couldn't hear me, nor could they locate any record of my order and insisted I had called the wrong number and/or company. This company is a scam. BEWARE!!! The real trick is how to stop them from continuing to charge your credit card.

unauthorized charge to my account would not give me a refund even though I had called to cancel the order. The customer service people were totally uncooperative stating they had never talked to me but I have phone records proving I called them within one week of receiving the product.
This is the last time I order anything on the internet.

Got thru to Colon XR the companies name is Global Net Pharmacy. The customer service dept is in the Phillippines. To return items for a refund, can be sent to 127 N.W. 13th St. Suite #4, Boca Raton, FL 33432. She stated that there will be a 30% restocking fee and that someone from that department will call me back. I canceled my subscription, but I do think this company is unethical. Their number is 888-820-2656. You should dial it a number of times before you get thru. Don't give up and Good Luck!!!
