FRAUD
My problems started with this account when I signed up for trial supplements. I used the card to pay for the "one time" order for $1.00 plus shipping. To add emphasis, I ordered a one month supply, 2 bottles. Nowhere did I ask for or sign up for multiple orders. Since I use the card infrequently I simply set my checking account up to send a payment automatically to WAMU, I did not always review my monthly statements. I understand that is not a good practice. Although, I would never have dreamed a card I do not even carry in my wallet could be abused in such a fashion.

FRAUDulent Charge Not as agreed-disputed
This was the start of a time consuming run around which continues until today. I discovered the fraudulent charges in February when I finally looked at a statement. I called the number supplied on the statements for ACAI in an attempt for reimbursement. After numerous calls I finally spoke to someone who stated they would cease further charges and and look into providing a credit on the $69.95 if I agreed to return the product. Unfortunately, I did not get the package returned. It was inadvertently thrown out by my housekeeper.
In March I looked at the statement to find MORE charges for higher amounts!

There is no number for this charge - I assumed they were ACAI but did not receive a definitive answer from them on that question.

I called the new number/new vendor? - multiple times and finally spoke to another person who gave me the same speech. They stated they were vendors of the ACAI Company. Why is my account information and security code being tossed around like it is their personal piggy bank to withdraw from? They again promised to stop the charges.
From that point on I returned the packages and all subsequent packages. I marked "REFUSED - RETURN TO SENDER “and dropped them into the USPS box at my office. One was sent USPS, which I had a client who works at UPS return for me. I believe there were 11 returns total. It will be 12 with the one I am dropping into the post this evening.

Again, more and different toll free numbers and another vendor name - this time I called Chase. I received some pretty bad treatment from the woman I spoke to. She did not quite want to help me nor did she understand the issues I was having stopping this vendor from running up more charges. These are excessive and impossible to stop by telephone. This is criminal activity they are engaging in. They need to be stopped.
I placed a "hold" on the account for 30 days - time enough to return from vacation and deal with the nightmare again.
I requested all the charges credited back to my account, except the one I ordered. For a total credit back of $635.68. It goes without saying that I will require a new account number/card for security purposes. Ensuring that this cannot happen in the future.
Using common sense... would anyone want this type of activity on their credit card? I expected CHASe my credit card to protect me in these types of situations. CHASE ensures my privacy and security by making it difficult for me to use different computers to log into my own account, just to check a payment or balance - but will let multiple charges through my account without a even shooting me an e-mail? I pleaded to their sense of justice and fairness. I continued to receive the product and return it for 1onth following CHASE charging back the charges! The 60 days later the charges were placed back on my card.
I am at the end of my rope with both on these companies.

Canceled my membership and still being billed
I ordered the free trial of this product, didn't do a thing for me, canceled it and my credit card is still being charged! I have attempted many, many, many times to cancel and their website to cancel brings me here???? What?? I want my refund for the last 4 months! What a rip off and fraud at it's finest!!! An Oprah Winfrey recommended this product! What a joke!!! I want my money back and I don't want this product- it doesn't do a DAMN thing for you!

Unauthorized Charges
Ordered 15 day Trial bottle, within a few days after arrival my credit card was being charged. Shipments of 30 day supplies began arriving with no notice almost immediately after the Trial bottle. Charges began appearing on my credit card faster than I had time to go online and check my transaction statements. After repeated attempts at calling ColonAid700, with no success at stopping shipments or reaching someone who could, I finally called my credit card company and cancelled my card to stop the charges. The website and so-called support number are just a combination revolving door to keep the customer jumping through hoops long enough to cram more charges onto their credit card. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!! NOTHING was on the original website indicating terms & conditions when ordering the Trial Sample! Visiting their website today, it appears that enough complaints have been filed that they have now corrected their ordering page. But I have not yet received credit for any monies charged to my account after repeated attempts to obtain RMA's to return these pills. Every avenue at resolving this ripoff leads to a dead end with this company. You will go round and round with nothing ever getting done. BEWARE!!!

was billed $88.97 for product I do not want and did not recieve, want a full refund!
Recieved 1 trial bottle that I payed $5 dollors for shipping and handling, it did not work, then I was charged $88.97 for extra bottles I did not get and do not want, I want my $88.97 refunded!!!

Sent e-mail telling them to drop me from their product list and I would not be keeping any further shipments. That was last month, janurary 2009, just got another billing for the same amount and will be sending the product back as soon as it gets here...Ecpect to get my money back real soon...

I was one month and a half calling and sending e-mails and finally yesterday colonadi700 refund my money thanks to God, I put a complaint in BBB of the Southland, Inc.

scam of refund
I was also scamed by this company I never recieved the product and I keep getting the run around I have been talking on line with this same guy Joey and I keep getting the same song and dance. This is bad and they are saying Oprah is ok with this and I do not believe that I am concern that no one is going to get there money back and times are to hard for someone to do this I to have decieded to keep calling and e-mailing tell I am tried or till they give me my money back . I will let u guys know if I make any progress and I will let u know if I did not make progress. So for I have 10 e-mail back and forth with this joey person. If there is someone out there listening help me get my money back I never got the product and I was told it would be at my house in two days now the money cme out my account in one day and i waited for a wek and then called from the letter i got off the net and recieved no answer then after another week I called again and they told me to wait two mote days and I checked my account and I was billed for a full supply and I have not recieved it yet and now it has been two month and i do not have a product and I am out of my money and I am mad cause Joey keeps telling me about the term and conditions of the contract and i keep tell joey his company did not follow the terms andconditions because I didnot recieve the product in a timely manner so I could not have canceled what I never tried. Some one help this is bad bad bad and they think they can get away with it this is wrong.

Unauthorized Charges
I ordered a 'trial order' of ColonAid700. Without my authorization they shipped another months supply the same time that they sent the trial order and charged it to my credit card without my authorization.
I want to be re-paid for all the ColonAid that I did not order...which was only the trial order.
I tried calling the phone number to cancel but I could only get a message that said to submit a cancel order via their email address at [email protected]
I want all shipment of this product to stop and to be re-paid for any shipments sent to me other than the first trial shipment...which is the 'only' shipoment that I ordered. Please reply to me that you have cancelled all orders and will repay me for the chages to my credit account.
