I ordered a free trial of a colon cleanse product. I had to pay S&H and used a credit card to do so. The product came and it was around Christmas time. I didn't look at the product for a while. Then I opened it and it said something a 15 day trial and that my credit card would be charged for additional product unless I canceled. It was near the end of the 15 days. I inquired at the credit card company and this company 'Pomacaicleanse' had already charged my card for $88.97. I informed the credit card company that I had not authorized that transaction. And, more importantly, I have not received any additional product. The person at VISA told me they were getting a whole lot of calls and complaints about Pomacaicleanse. She, with me on the phone still, called the company and we canceled any further shipments, to at least halt anything further. (Questionable now as to whether that will happen). I then called the company myself and the person on the phone was very rude and in fact hung up on me because I was questioning his integrity and the integrity of the company. It made him mad. I told him I had not gotten any additional product, had not authorized that this occur and for him to credit back my credit card charge. He refused and stated that it was made very clear to me on the web site what would happen if I didn't cancel within 15 days. This could not be further from the truth and I told him so. He continued to be very rude. It is obvious to me that the only thing they care about is making some fast money off of people. I then called the credit card company and they agreed to put this charge in dispute. I would be interested to know of anything else I can or should do. Should I just cancel my credit card? They have the number and could charge anything they wanted. Why are they allowed to be in business?

I ordered the trial offer, didn't want anymore, I received two bottles for $88.97 with a piece of paper stating where and how I could cancel. when you go to the web site you can not cancel this product or stop this fraud. I am going to the us attorney office with this. CANCEL all further shipments and DO NOT charge my account anymore.

There was an unauthorized charge taken off my credit card .I cancelled my order in the the first three days after i got my free trail. i dont want those pills and i want my $88.90 refunded back on my credit card.this is crazy i went to take the money off my card and ya'll took it. I ordered colonaid700 and before the 15 trial period I canceled my account. Obviously they did not cancel my account and my bank account was charged for 88.97 After I had canceled it and I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE PRODUCT THAT THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR!!. Now because I wasn't expecting this amount to go through on my account, my account Has been overdrawn and a fee has been applied. I have called them and they told me all billing is done through email. I have been emailing them, they think I'm stupid or something because all they mention is the term and conditions. What can I do??
