Terrible company
Beware of the return policy on this product, I was enrolled in an automatic shipping program, that quite frankly I did not see on the agreement page.

I signed up for the free trial(pay only shipping) The agreement states that you can cancel within 15 days of receiving the product. This is not enough time to see if the product works, and it does NOT!

I automatically received the next months supply. Two bottles with a price tag of 88$. I was not aware that the product was that expensive, there is no mention of the cost on the website!

I contacted customer support to cancel and inquired about returning my unused and unopened bottles. I was told to contact customer support by e-mail and would receive further instructions. The instructions were basically 'you got screwed'. I cannot return the product for a refund.

I believe that it is bad business ethics to refuse to refund a product that fails to stand up to its claims and when a customer does not open the product, it should be returned and refunded!!!

Get your money back
It took me a while, but I finally got the RMA number. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, so I emailed. The first two replies were from an associate who I believe was trying to bully me. I wouldn't back down and requested he refer me to someone else. The next person was kind, but offered a partial refund of $34.99. Well, I kindly replied that their return policy states that I have a right to a full refund within 15 days of shipping. My advice: Don't back down! They wrote their return policy and they should honor it.

I FINALLY got an RMA
I too emailed this company to get an Autoship program canceled and get an RMA for some bottles I received. At first they were responding saying, we've canceled the autoship bla bla bla, I'll sell you the bottles we just shipped you for $34.99, then went on about canceling with in 15 days and the terms and conditions (gave me the run around). I said I want an RMA and I got no responce after that. I emailed them everyday with no response until today (92 hours later)!!! I got my RMA. I probably e-mailed them 20+ times and the last 5 times (just yesterday), I told them I would take them to collections.

I just received my RMA, lets see if once they get my returned bottles if they actually credit my credit card back. I also requested to my CC company to dispute the charge and I've filed a complaint with my Attorney General. Either way, I'm getting my money back!

want to return product
It has not been even 7 days since I received the "Free Sample" and you have already shipped a $88.97 months supply. This account was closed on January 29, 2009 by phone. I did not request a refund on that but I do want to return this second supply for a full refund. Please respond to [email protected] as soon as possible.

this company ripped me off. I cancelled when I was suppossed to and they said the 15 days had passed. It hadn't. They were sending me product and billed me before I even received the origional "free "product. They are refusing to refund my money.

connot contact to stop recieving product
I recieved a trial offer and now I can't cancel my enrollment because of e-mail address which was OK to e-mail me my order. Now I can't e-mail back and stop recieving there product. Kendra Garcia

No refund if unsatisfied
According to their "terms and conditions" if a customer is unsatisfied with the product, you have 15 days from the ship date on the packaging to return it for a full refund. Once you contact them they will assign you a return merchandice authorizatiokn number RMA and you can ship back the product. However, the past 72 hours I have had email contact with them and they refuse to apply this condition. They keep saying "you must cancel within 15 days of placing your order". I placed my order on 1/7/09, did not receive it until 1/20/09 with a ship date of 1/16/09. I should have had until 1/31/09 to return the product for my full refund. During this time I also received a 30 day supply on 1/26/09, ship date 1/22/09 and billed on my credit card for $88.97! If you go to ColonAid700.com/complaints, you will see dozens of people just this moonth who have experienced the same nightmare as I have.

Return and refund
Ordered colonaid700 after reading about it in my Costco Connection magazine. Highly recommended. But try getting through to a speaking person. Went to their website and all I see is the complaint section. Want my money back.

taken money out of my account befor 15 day trail
took money out of my account befor my 15 day trail and I was told it would be 29.95 a month the statement says 88.97. I want my money put back now... This is the same as stealing... Thank-you Tony Baggett 01/27/2009 at 1:00 pm
