You get sucked in by ordering a free trial +$4.95 S&H. From the day you order, they start counting 15 days trial period. Next thing you know, the ship you a 30 day supply at $88.97 charged to the credit card you gave them to pay for the trial.

No matter what you do or say, they will not authorize a return of this product. The claim is you agreed to an auto ship program when you ordered the free trial, unless you canceled within the original 15 day period, from the day you ordered the trial.

You can yell, scream, threaten whatever, it will fall on deaf ears. This is not the only product they are pulling this off on.

Finally, I have gone online and filled out complaint forms with the Attorney Generals Office in California, and above all, the USPS Inspectors office. I am hopeful they will take action against these people. If the do, they will be in a world of trouble. i encourage anyone that has a similar complaint to protect themselves and others to take the time to follow through with similar actions.

The Colonaid700 sent me a 15 day free trail..never mentioning anything about a membership..just two days after I got the pills..they withdrew money from my account, , never been given authortion to do so..hopefully I did get the thing cancelled..but had to cancel my card to ensure this never happened again..please Beware!!Neta

I was one day late cancelling the trial period so they charged me $88 dollars and some change. I have not received any shipments, but I would return them because I am not happy with the product, it is not working for me and they say that the refund policy doesn't include any shipments after the trial shipment and it clearly states in the terms and agreements that all their shipments are guaranteed, just return them and cancel within 15 days of it being shipped. I have also sent in a complaint to the LA Better Business Bureau. I suggest anyone who has trouble do this. From what I could tell, I was the first to lodge a complaint and I think everyone needs to so this company can be investigated.

I was lead to believe that it was a trial sample for a small fee of $5.oo plus $1.00 shipping. No where did I read that if I didn't cancel within 15 days that I would automatically be enrolled in their auto shipment program. I second patch of pills arrived in less than 15 days of the trial samples. Can not get to the web site they give you to cancel.
What can be done about this.

I signed up for a free 15 day trial. Now they are sending me the products and charging me. There was NOT any wording stating need to cancel in 15 days or be charged for extra. Can not reach on phone and the web site is Fake. If being charged you can go to your bank and stop the charges possibly reverse.
