I have been trying to stop shipments for 2 months but am still receiving product. I was changed the $ 4.95 shipping charge 3 days (August 6th) after I order acai berry product and agreed to try the colon cleanse after I was told I need it for the acai product to work right and I could cancel anytime. Then on August 13th I was charged $87.13, August 21st charged $83.95 nd then Sept. 6th charged $88.90 and this all occured with me only receiving the acai on August 30th, cancellation made August 31st as I had went past the trial period and just received product. Then I received the first shipment of Colon Cleanse on August 31 the day I canceled. I was told that I would only need one call to cancel on August 4th when a representive called to verify the order (I have his name and emp. #) I received the second shipment on Sept. 22 and have been trying to get this cleared up. I have notes of who I talked to, emp #'s, and even a cancellation # and then last night I was told by acai that they donn't have anything to do with Colon Cleanse but both companies took the initial e-mail and all have the same address in the Caribbean. It looks like I will have to cancel my c/c to stop this from being charged. After all the problems I had I was afarid to take the product as I am unsure what is in it. Don't try calling the 1-888-895-1159 number as I have tried many times and get the recording they are experiencing high volumne calls (I guess a lot more than me were scammed by this company). I have remained on the line over 30 minutes even though the recording says you have a 10 minute wait. I would just like to talk to someone and try to stop the shipments and charges. HELP ANYONE OUT THERE HEARING ME!!!

I pride myself in not getting scammed! Well, guess what? This company got me! When ordering, the information about charging your card in 14 days was very obscure. There were conflicting info between the website order area, and the actual paperwork that came with product, regarding the cancellation period and even as far as the doseage. Their customer service reps are extremely rude and condescending. This company is absolutely a scam, and by the number of complaints I have found, they are ripping off a lot of poeple!!!

Yes I too sent for the trail size and the full amount has been taken out on my credit card. Have tired to contact them to cancel and all lines our busy always..Don't even have an address to send it back...oh and also the stuff does not work trying to work with the credit card company to stop payment!!! It just keeps coming in the mail trying to stopit and I keep sending it back..Please help!
