I was also sucked in to the "14 day" trial period. And my credit card company has apparently had so many calls on this product that they knew exactly where to tell me to look for the Satisfaction Guarantee. That's really sad!!!
Still fighting to get someone on the phone and trying to find a working website to complain to the company about their disgusting scam practices!!

I ordered product on July 24, 2009, was charged $127.00. I never rec'd the product. Called to cancel order and was told they could not return payment and would re-ship product. Told them I did not want product anymore, they still refused refund and would re-ship product. As of 8/25/09 I still have not received the product. I complained to them that I believed that this was a scam and I demanded a refund but to no avail. [email protected]

Got the product a month after I ordered it, and it didn't work. I just happened to check my account on the day they took the 85.00 out so i called them and wanted to cancel my order. They would not give me my money back because they told me I had entered into a "term" and would not work with me at all. When i called back a few moments later to get my money back gaurentee, they told my becaus e I had cancelled the product teht they were not able to do anything, and that if I had only calle the day before, they could have done something for me. All the while I could here men in the backgound arguing over the phone with other customers that wanted their money back. These people are bill collectors and used car salesmen all rolled into one. Stay well clear of these scam artists!
