can't use
I wish to discontinue any further shipments of colonmate. I shoowed this product to my doctor and she said I could not take this medicine along with all the other meds. I take, So, please do not send me anymore shipments. thank you

Cancelling
This is again cancelling with the company Colomate. They give this address so am letting them know send me not a thing again ever. I will also call tomorrow. NO MORE OF ANYTHING FROM YOU EVER.

charging for product i did not want on my credit card
i was sent a free trial, then next thing i know they tap my credit card for 79.98 which caused me to get 40.00 on bank fees. i want my funds back

unauthorized charge
I also had canceled after a free trial and was sent 2 more bottles and charged 78.00 on my credit card and cant seem to get ahold of company to send back and charge removed

colonmate products
14 days is not enough time to react to the order to cancel and to be charged for products that were unauthorized. I tried emailing for an RMA and the email address is not recognized.
It is very disappointing to find out later to be snagged into this type of business. Customers should be warned about this company that does not honor refunds.

colonmate sendme a semple for a dolare, then later on they chargme 80 e same dolares to my credit card and i paid . bud i never used the piils i sendame back the merchadise they suppost give my money back i never see a penny or a cent hey 80 backs ezz 80 backs

Unable to contact company for refund!
Ordered trial bottles, did not read "fine print" about future shipments at a whopping cost of $78.98. E-mailed company from original notice of trial shipment to complain and was told too bad, return items with RMA # for refund. Problem, cannot get the web site to work and calls go unanswered! Now I am stuck with two bottles of an item I don't want and do not work and I can't afford.

Terrible experience!
Colonmate (aka: Colonex & Colonix) review: The bottle arrived in a plain yellow envelope. I took the product sample and it gave me serious stomach gas. I emailed (and later cell phoned) Colonmate of Glendale to take the product back as it made me ill. It's been 31 days now and they continue to send "sorry buddy" email back to me. They will not help on this issue. Colonmate proceeded to send another bottle of capsules and charged my bank account another $78.98. I begged them to stop and to take the capsules back. My bank said they can't help me. I also asked Colonmate for a re-crediting of the money they took. They refuse on all accounts. Buyer beware, please save your self stomach gas and grief, avoid Colonmate (aka: Colonex & Colonix). God bless you.

charged $78.00 for product not ordered
I ordered only the free trial and now my Credit card has been charged $78.00 for a product that I did not ask for on a regular basis. I didn't even have a chance to try product because I needed to check with the Doctor because I take meds.
Please I need help with this I can not afford to pay out $78.00 for something I may not use.
